He stressed that it is necessary to enhance the forward-looking, systematic and effectiveness of the epidemic prevention and control work, based on the needs of the work of fighting a big war and a protracted war, scientifically standardize the setting up of centralized isolation points and designated treatment hospitals, complete with sufficient medical personnel, treatment equipment, and medical supplies, and synchronously follow up on psychological counseling, dining, heating and other support services to ensure the effective operation of isolation points and treatment hospitals. It is necessary to urge medical personnel to do a good job in personal protection work, strictly implement closed-loop management measures such as three districts and two passages in isolation sites, scientific protection, and nucleic acid testing, increase the frequency of environmental disinfection and killing, scientifically standardize the disposal of medical waste in isolation points and designated hospitals, and resolutely prevent cross-infection.
