From September 10th to 17th, the film crew of the TV series "The Beautiful Life of the Yan Family" went to our city for field investigation, carried out the work of scenery collection, and made preliminary preparations for the filming of the TV series. Li Yan, member of the Standing Committee of the Municipal CPC Committee and director of the Propaganda Department, met with the film crew, who extended a warm welcome to the film crew for going deep into Ningde to collect style, and hoped that during the period in Ningde, the film crew would make full use of the limited time to walk, see, listen, and talk more, and put on the screen the splendid rivers and mountains of Ningde, the splendid cultural traditions, and the spiritual image of the people of eastern Fujian who are unremitting in self-improvement, hard struggle, kindness, and simplicity, tell the story of Ningde well, and carry forward the "light of eastern Fujian." Leaders of the Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and relevant county and city leaders accompanied the survey and scenery.
The film crew successively went deep into Fu'an City, Fuding City, Pingnan County, Jiaocheng District, and Xiapu County, visited urban areas, villages, schools, homestays, etc., learned more about the story of digging up the boat people ashore, and surveyed and selected shooting scenes. The film crew said that the harvest of the scenery was very fruitful, and they would integrate the income and thoughts of the collection into the script creation, and truly and vividly show the beautiful life of the Yan family.
