On April 16, the Luohe Municipal Public Security Bureau held a joint meeting on the education and rectification of the city's public security forces. Li Junxin, vice mayor, secretary of the party committee and director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Liu Zongli, second-level senior police chief of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and executive deputy director of the Education and Rectification Office, and relevant responsible comrades of various special work classes attended the meeting.
The meeting listened to the work reports of the six working groups of the Education and Rectification Office of the Municipal Public Security Bureau and the special class of the "6 + N" special rectification of stubborn and chronic diseases, studied and solved problems, and arranged the next step of deployment.
Li Junxin pointed out: At present, education and rectification have entered the link of investigation, rectification, and reform, and the city's public security organs should further enhance their political standing, carry out in-depth self-examination and self-correction, strictly organize investigation and handling, resolutely rectify stubborn and chronic diseases, eliminate the black sheep, and embody absolute loyalty to the party with practical actions and obvious results. First, it is necessary to thoroughly understand the spirit of the superiors and use good policies to grasp the investigation and correction. The principal responsible comrades of public security organs at all levels must conscientiously perform the responsibility of the first responsible person; the municipal bureau's rectification office and all special work classes must thoroughly understand the spirit of their superiors, do a good job of publicizing policies such as "self-examination is lenient and being investigated strictly," and help the people's police open their hearts, eliminate their concerns, and take the initiative to clarify problems. Second, it is necessary to focus on the objectives and tasks and highlight the key points to grasp rectification. On the basis of continuing to do a good job in study and education, we should pay close attention to the conspicuous problems involved in the "six stubborn and chronic diseases," focus on the hot spots that the masses have strongly complained about and the blockages that affect strict and fair law enforcement, classify and implement policies and targeted treatment with the courage of the blade inward, use the carrier to grasp the hand, reduce the stock, control the increment, and prevent variables, and vigorously promote the implementation of the "three provisions." Third, we must firmly establish the original mission and strive for practical results to grasp the combination. We should combine education and rectification with the study and education in party history, and through the practical activities of "I do practical things for the masses, I solve difficult problems for enterprises, and strive to become a public security officer in Luohe," we should ensure that the education and rectification work involves the masses, the process is supervised by the masses, and the results are judged by the masses, so as to grasp the new responsibilities, new deeds, and new achievements of safety and stability to test the actual results of education and rectification, resolutely prevent "two skins," and resolutely prevent formalism.
