Chengdu, October 26 (Du Cheng) Liu Yong, a famous extreme explorer who has just returned to Rong and a professor at Sichuan Tourism Institute, sent news on the 26th: After a difficult trek of one day and one night, the 5-person expedition team led by him recently successfully crossed the core area of Sichuan Heizhugou Scenic Area, which is known as "Bermuda in China".
It is reported that this is the team's first human hiking expedition to the Rosoida Gorge in the core area of Heizhugou in June this year, and once again successfully completed a scientific expedition in the area. The crossover expedition was co-sponsored by the People's Government of Ebian County, Sichuan Province, the New Black Bamboo Valley Tourism Investment Group and the Sichuan Institute of Tourism.

Heizhugou Scenic Area is located in Heizhugou Town, Ebian Yi Autonomous County, Leshan City, Sichuan Province, with a total area of 838 square kilometers and a core scenic spot area of 575 square kilometers, and is a national nature reserve, a national forest park and a national 4A-level tourist attraction. Since ancient times, Heizhugou has been magical, and many legends have not been solved for many years, because it is located at exactly 30° north latitude, at the same latitude as the Bermuda Triangle and the Egyptian Pyramids, and has been known as "Bermuda of China" since the 1980s.
There are many mysterious legends left here, the most popular of which is the mystery of mysterious disappearances: people and animals entering the Black Bamboo Ditch have repeatedly disappeared and died. According to incomplete statistics, since 1951, the Southern Sichuan Forestry Bureau, the Sichuan Provincial Forestry Department exploration team, the troop surveying and mapping team and the Yi compatriots have been in distress many times in Heizhugou, resulting in 3 deaths, 3 injuries, and 2 missing people.
"The area of this expedition is located in the Shimenguan area of the Heizhugou Scenic Area. After the team's pre-departure data preparation and analysis, it was determined that the expedition route was Ronghongde- Shimenguan-Hive Rock. Liu Yong introduced that there have been several missing and fatal incidents in this area, and many of the later expedition records are concentrated in RongHongde to Shimen Pass, and very few expedition teams go deep into Shimen Pass through the Honeycomb Rock Canyon and come out. Therefore, the mission of this expedition is to enter Shimenguan (the core area of geomagnetic anomaly) from Ronghongde, and then cross the primary forest to the honeycomb rock ditch, and strive to uncover some relevant legends through the detailed data recorded along the way.

According to Liu Yong, recently the precipitation in the region is large, the weather conditions are more complicated, and the temperature has dropped sharply after entering the late autumn. At noon on October 22, the expedition team was fully prepared, and immediately entered the primeval forest after ascending the mountain, losing communication with the outside world. The whole crossing process was basically a thick fog weather, the team members groped through the cliffs, that is, stopped, and finally found a temporary camp camp on the evening of the same day.
After a night's rest, the expedition continued on its way through the vast mountains and forests. In the meantime, overcoming the difficulties of unmanned loss of the drone, getting lost, wading in the cold river and extreme weather in rain and fog, it was difficult to slowly advance in the steep valley, and finally walked out of the Hive Rock Canyon at 19:10 on the 23rd.
It is understood that the total mileage of this scientific expedition expedition reached 26.97 kilometers, of which 15 kilometers were hiked, the highest altitude was 2712 meters, the total climb was 1032 meters, and the total descent was 1108.11 meters. The expedition team used the instruments and equipment carried to record various natural landscapes, animal and plant resources, risk points and other data and image data, and found that the maximum geomagnetic deflection angle on the route was as high as 15°.

At present, the expedition team has successfully returned to Chengdu, and is working hard to sort out and analyze relevant data, and then will announce some of the results of the expedition.
Liu Yong, who is more than half a hundred years old, has been engaged in extreme exploration for nearly 30 years, and his footprints have spread all over the Himalayas, Karakoram, Hengduan Mountains, Alps, North American Rocky Mountains and other places, shuttling between clouds and snow, walking on the top of dangerous peaks, and is known as "flying explorer" by the industry. The expedition team was led by Liu Yong, and the other 4 team members were also well-known in the domestic exploration community.
From June 21 to 24 this year, Liu Yong led a scientific expedition team through 4 days and 3 nights of trekking, and successfully trekked through the core area of Heizhugou "Ronghongde - Cliff Ditch - Rosoida". (End)
