If the "dragon banknotes" issued by the Bank of China in 2000 planted a seed of interest in my heart, then what really opened my plastic banknote collection was a set of plastic banknotes issued by Vanuatu (an archipelagic country in the western South Pacific). In 2017, by chance, he had dinner with his good friend Mr. Chen, who said that a set of plastic banknotes issued by Vanuatu was signed by the president of the bank of another country and the minister of finance. Very precious, only 100 sets were issued. Mr. Chen's words attracted my attention to this set of plastic banknotes. Subsequently, at the coin exchange market, Vanuatu issued a 10,000 denomination, 2,000 denominations, 1,000 denominations, and 200 denominations, costing a total of more than 10,000 yuan.
