Baicha Village is an ancient village located in Dongfang City, Hainan Province, with a large number of Li boat-shaped houses in the village. In 2008, the Li boat-type house building skills were inscribed on the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list, and the village was also inscribed on the first list of traditional Chinese villages in 2012. In recent years, the local area has increased efforts to repair and protect boat-type houses, and at the same time improve the construction of transportation facilities, attracting many tourists to visit, so that the traditional village has been revitalized.
