At the inspection site, the civilian auxiliary police of the vehicle management office carefully checked the shared electric vehicle information, purchase invoice, vehicle certificate, vehicle code, and technical parameters, and checked the appearance and condition of the vehicle in accordance with the provisions of the national standard and compared with the announcement catalog. After passing the inspection, "Xiaolan" successfully received the "ID card" and was equipped with exclusive helmets by the staff of Hello Mobility.
After the registration of the shared electric vehicle, the traffic police department and the sharing electric vehicle enterprise can query the relevant information of the vehicle and the owner through the vehicle license number, which is convenient for vehicle management and is also more conducive to restricting the traffic behavior of riders and urging the enterprise to implement the main responsibility. In addition, the traffic police department can also collect information such as vehicle location, trajectory, speed, vehicle condition, age, mileage and other information with the help of intelligent terminals equipped with vehicles, adopt unified supervision, and realize the standardization of the management and operation of shared electric vehicles.
In the next step, the Vehicle Management Office of the Traffic Police Brigade of the Huochengken District Public Security Bureau will open up a green channel, continue to adjust the verification, registration and licensing processes, provide convenience for enterprises to the greatest extent, strive to open up the "last mile" of service enterprises, create a good business environment for enterprise development, and contribute traffic police forces to the social and economic development of Cokedala City.
