During the period, the Municipal Market Supervision Comprehensive Administrative Law Enforcement Detachment has dispatched more than 30 law enforcement personnel and more than 20 vehicles to investigate more than 50 related places (units), in the form of face inspection and secret visits, to explore the situation in an all-round way, check hidden dangers, and maintain a high-pressure situation of cracking down on illegal trade in wild animals.

On April 14, after receiving the clues from the relevant departments, law enforcement officers immediately studied and judged the source of the case, rushed to the location at the first time, investigated and verified, and dug deep into the evidence. During the investigation, it was found that Han Mou, a self-employed person in a flower and bird market, sold 11 kinds of wild animals such as lizards, grass turtles and frogs during the epidemic prevention and control period. According to the appraisal of the forestry department, among them, the Liwen climbing lizard, the turtle, the Chinese flower turtle, and the warty-tailed lizard tiger belong to the national "beneficial, important economic, and scientifically valuable" wild animals, suspected of violating laws and regulations, 54 animals involved in the case, the value of the case involved is about 5500 yuan, through multi-party evidence collection, several times to question the parties, consult relevant animal experts, sort out the illegal sales context, find out the illegal facts, improve the entire evidence chain, and then file a case for investigation.

At present, after more than 10 days of continuous struggle by law enforcement personnel, the case has entered the final stage of investigation, and it is planned to make an administrative punishment decision in the near future.
