The ultra-micro crushing section faces the current problems such as large differences in the performance of the ultra-micro crusher under different working conditions, the intelligent control of the ultra-micro crushing section needs to be improved, and the optimization of the ultra-micro crushing section system needs to be improved. To this end, Lida Huarui has launched a new generation of Ruizhi series ultra-micro crushers. Compared with the SWF180 model, the grading performance of Ruizhi 180 is more prominent, the equipment stability is higher, and the crushing performance is optimized. The new product has a very strong generation advantage. From the analysis of unit time production capacity, a Lida Huarui 180 ultra-microcomputer with the same production capacity ≥ three 110-type ultra-microcomputers can save 25.94 degrees per ton of electricity consumption, and according to the electricity price of one yuan per kilowatt-hour, the cost savings per ton of feed are 25.94 yuan.
The future development direction of the crushing section is: 1. structural innovation and performance improvement; 2. system reshaping, efficiency; 3. intelligent manufacturing, data is king. At present, Lida Huarui is carrying out a technical revolution in the field of ultra-fine grinders, including studying air paths, studying structures, studying aerodynamics, and studying material particle tracking simulations.
