Wenzhou-Kean University
Wenzhou-Kean University is a sino-AMERICAN cooperative university with independent legal personality in Zhejiang Province and new Jersey friendship province-state cooperation project.
In 2011, the Ministry of Education approved Wenzhou University to cooperate with Kean University in the United States to prepare for the establishment of Wenzhou-Kean University. In 2014, the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China approved the official establishment of Wenzhou-Kean University.

The school is located in the beautiful scenery of Zhejiang South Huaxiang, the famous overseas Chinese township Wenzhou Ouhai District. At this stage, the school strives to run undergraduate education well. At present, the school has about 1600 graduates in five classes, and about 60% of them have gone to world-famous universities for further study.
Winkent has a 1.5+X exchange program in the United States, and students with good grades and no disciplinary records can exchange studies at Kean University in the United States for one to five semesters from the sophomore year.
Waive language scores and enjoy in-state tuition standards in New Jersey. Students can also choose to spend four years at Wenzhou-Kean University. After graduation, the school awards a degree certificate from Kean University, a degree certificate and a graduation certificate from Wenzhou-Kean University.
Wenzhou-Kean University has a total of 425 undergraduate graduates in 2020, including 1 student from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The current batch of graduates comes from 11 provinces and cities across the country, except for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, all of which are admitted by the first batch of undergraduates. Among them, Zhejiang Province is dominated by endogenous sources, accounting for 61.18%.
Referring to the soft rankings, Wenzhou-Kean University ranked fifth in the ranking of China's cooperative universities in 2021.
A total of 268 students from the Class of 2020 are selected for overseas study, distributed in 11 countries and regions around the world.
Among them, the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia are the most popular, accounting for 35.45%, 32.46% and 15.67% of the number of overseas students studying, respectively. Of the Class of 2020, 63% of students went on to graduate school, and 46% of them enrolled in the top 50 of the QS rankings of the world's top universities.
Overseas further education has become the first choice for Wenzhou-Kean University graduates, accounting for more than 52%. Most of the top 100 universities in the United States, Britain, Australia, Hong Kong and other countries and regions, including Harvard University, University of Chicago, Columbia University, Brown University, University of Pennsylvania, Northwestern University, University of Toronto, London School of Economics and Political Science and so on.
