On September 4, 2020, the Wuling District People's Procuratorate of Changde City prosecuted Yu Tao, Huang Wei, and six other people involved in evil cases on suspicion of picking quarrels and provoking trouble and gathering crowds to fight in accordance with law.

In September 2020, procuratorial organs throughout the province accepted and examined 33 cases involving 87 people, approved and decided to arrest 37 cases involving 88 people, of which 7 cases involving 15 people and 30 cases involving evil and 73 people were arrested, a total of 32 cases involving 150 people were accepted for examination and prosecution, and 292 people were decided to prosecute 63 cases, of which 17 cases involving 61 people were prosecuted, and 46 cases involving evil cases involving 231 people were prosecuted.
