("Hebei Investment"). On the same day, the person in charge of Wuhan Zhongjin Dinghe was changed from Liu Ke to Hebei Investment.

According to the information publicity on the official website of the Asset Management Association of China, Wuhan Zhongjin Dinghe was established in 2012, the fund manager is CICC Innovation (Beijing) Asset Management Co., Ltd., the operation status is in operation, and the last time the information was updated was in 2017.
According to a list of venture capital institutions released by the Wuhan Municipal Bureau of Science and Technology in 2016, Wuhan Zhongjinding was one of more than 700 institutions.
As for Hebei Investment, the new shareholder of Wuhan Zhongjin Dinghe, industrial and commercial information shows that it is held by two shareholders, Wang Zhengyi and Beijing Jinsheng out Trading Co., Ltd.
Shell financial reporters paid attention to the fact that in December last year, the People's Court of Anci District of Langfang City, Hebei Province, made a ruling to seize the bank deposit of 600,000 yuan or the equivalent property under the name of the respondent Hebei Investment, and the ruling showed that it was due to Hebei Investment being involved in a contract dispute case.
In addition, Beijing Jinshengchu Trading Co., Ltd., as a shareholder of Hebei Investment, was included in the list of abnormal operations by the Beijing Haidian District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau in January 2020 because "it is impossible to contact through the registered domicile or business premises".
Shell Finance previously reported that CICC Innovation (Beijing) Asset Management Co., Ltd. suffered a sharp capital reduction in November last year, and its registered capital fell from 100 million yuan to 5 million yuan.
CICC Innovation is a subsidiary of the regal Liu Ke, who holds 90% of the company's shares and serves as the company's legal representative and chairman. Another shareholder of CICC Innovation is Liu Bin, who holds 10% of the shares.
