Especially after joining the Eighth Engineering Bureau of China Construction in 2014, Fan Bin's business capabilities have been continuously improved. "During the Shaanxi People's Insurance Building project, Fan Bin optimized the reinforcement cutting, and after final accounting, the project, as a large-scale project with an overall steel reinforcement consumption of 6727 tons, the error between the on-site reinforcement dosage and the amount of material single use was only 12.5 kg!"
