On October 20, Guo Qiang, secretary of the Changzi County Party Committee, Ren Hengguang, deputy general manager of the State Power Investment Shanxi Company, and Dong Fang, general manager of Shanxi Forest Health Care Investment Management Group Co., Ltd., held docking negotiations on the county's rooftop distributed photovoltaic development pilot project and new energy station project. Shen Liguang, member of the Standing Committee of the county party committee and director of the county party committee office, attended the meeting.
Changzi County was listed by the National Energy Administration as a pilot for the development of distributed photovoltaics on rooftops in the whole county. The county-wide rooftop distributed photovoltaic development pilot project makes full use of the idle roofs of party and government organs, schools, hospitals and other departments to carry out photovoltaic project construction, which is an important starting point for promoting Changzi County to achieve the goal of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality". At the symposium, there was an exchange on the progress of the signing and landing of the project.
The new energy station project focuses on the goal of "energy saving, emission reduction and development of low-carbon economy", and strives to promote the demonstration and application of green power energy. The first phase of the project plans to build 120 parking spaces, 30 single-pile double-gun charging piles of 120KW and 2500 square meters of integrated management service area. Dong Fang introduced the project development plan, market prospects, management model, etc., and the two sides docked on the next step of project implementation.
