At the meeting, Li Mao, coordinator of labor relations of the Jing'an District Federation of Trade Unions, conducted relevant business training on coordinating labor relations, news interviews and writing for community trade union cadres, helping group officers sort out the thinking angle of trade union work, learn to dig cases in work, and better summarize and refine the work of community characteristics.
Li Bin, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhijiang West Road Street and chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions, put forward three requirements for doing a solid job in the work of the community joint trade union in 2021:
The first is to further promote the work of party building, leading to construction, and striving for excellence. Through the party building with the work platform and the 100-day competition activity carrier, enhance the awareness of innovation and excellence, continuously expand the coverage of trade union organizations, and ensure the high-quality completion of the re-election of the joint trade unions in various communities and the convening of the workers' congress. This year coincides with the change of term of the neighborhood committees, and some community joint trade union personnel have been adjusted, hoping that the new trade union cadres will adapt to their new posts as soon as possible and integrate into the work of the community trade union.
The second is to unite and guide the staff and workers to make contributions to regional economic and social development. The cadres of the joint trade unions of all communities should firmly establish the awareness of serving the overall situation around the center, actively innovate the work carrier, and lead the staff and workers to participate in and support the key work of the street.
The third is to earnestly strengthen the cultural front of staff and workers and the construction of trade union organizations themselves. The joint trade unions of all communities should actively promote the construction of the service workers' position in light of regional realities, continuously improve the quality and level of service workers, and form the work characteristics and work brands of the joint trade unions in various communities.
