According to the announcement of the organization department of the Huainan Municipal CPC Committee before the appointment of cadres on August 24, Ming Guanlei, male, Han ethnicity, 48 years old, place of origin, birthplace of Fengtai, Anhui, university degree, senior management MBA, cpc member, current chairman of the Datong District CPPCC Committee, to be nominated as a county (district) government full-time candidate.
