On September 13, the inspection team visited the Shijingshan Counterpart Labor Cooperation Base - Yushu Duoyuan Yak Livestock Products Co., Ltd. and Yushu Duobayan Kara Beverage Development Co., Ltd. The two companies give full play to the advantages of local specialties, actively solve the employment of local personnel, let the masses "find employment at the doorstep", help poor students to go to school, and are said to be the key leading enterprises of industrialized poverty alleviation in many counties that lead herders out of poverty.
At the forum on the work of the corresponding support for many counties, Hu Hangzheng, deputy secretary of the county party committee, expressed a warm welcome to the arrival of the Laoshan Street Inspection Group. Pubu Cairen, deputy governor of the county government, reported on the implementation of poverty alleviation and counterpart support in many counties. Renqing Dorje, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhenqin Town, reported on the development of poverty alleviation work in Zhenqin Town and the counterpart support project in 2021. At the meeting, Zhao Yali, deputy director of the Laoshan Street Community Construction Office, put forward four suggestions on the development of support work.
On behalf of the Laoshan Subdistrict Party Working Committee and the Office, Xu Wenqing expressed sincere greetings and good wishes to the cadres of many ethnic groups and the peasants and herdsmen, and she said that in the next work, she will actively dock with the needs of townships and towns, listen to opinions and suggestions, study ideas for assistance work, standardize and refine assistance plans, and further increase the intensity of counterpart support work.
From the 14th to the 15th, the inspection team went to Zhenqin Town to inspect and investigate the implementation of the grass-roots counterpart assistance work. Xie Lijun, member of the standing committee of the county party committee and deputy county governor, and the main party and government leaders of Zhenqin Town accompanied the investigation.
The inspection team first came to the town government and held a forum with the main responsible person of the village (community) at the office of the town party secretary. On behalf of the whole town, Renqing Dorje, secretary of the town party committee, expressed a warm welcome to the inspection team that went to Wanli, and sincerely thanked the Shijingshan District and Laoshan Street of Beijing for their sincere help and cordial care for Zhenqin Town since the counterpart assistance was carried out. And around the implementation of the current stage of the various assistance projects and benefits, the current problems and difficulties have been reported in detail.
The inspection team listened to the difficulties and demands that still exist in the specific work of the village (community) leaders one by one. It fully affirmed the enthusiasm and work ability of cadres and officers at the town and village levels, and conducted in-depth exchanges on further broadening development ideas and innovating support measures.
Subsequently, the inspection team drove to the nine villages, and through listening to reports, consulting materials, field visits and other forms, they learned in detail about the distribution of assistance materials, accurate education assistance, and the growth trend of grass planters.
At the homes of the herdsmen, they inquired in detail about their physical condition, production and life, and family income, encouraged them to strengthen their belief in getting rich, and lived a happy life at an early date, and sent them condolence money to express the concern of the party and the government.
From 2018 to 2021, Laoshan Street cohesively invested a lot of funds, materials, etc., highlighting the integration of project poverty alleviation and industrial hematopoiesis, government guidance and social participation, carefully formulating and implementing the help work plan, using affection to promote paired assistance work, expanding support projects through the "Spark Yak" collective economic project, animal husbandry breeding construction project, animal husbandry cooperative construction support project, special assistance project for improving the living conditions of poor families, poverty alleviation and assistance project, etc., to promote township "hematopoiesis" Ability as the foothold, a total of 1.578 million yuan of assistance funds, to ensure that a large number of local urgently needed, the masses urgently look forward to, the benefits of a wide range, strong sustainability of the project in Zhenqin Town to take root, and constantly stimulate the Zhenqin Town to achieve sustainable development of endogenous power, to help Zhenqin Town successfully achieve poverty alleviation, successfully achieve a comprehensive victory in the battle against poverty, and contribute to the high-quality development of Zhenqin's various undertakings.
