On December 14, 2016, Alan Thicke, a Canadian actor who played his father in the famous American drama "Growing Pains", passed away at the age of 69. Alan Sikh is an actor and well-known TV presenter and music songwriter, as well as the father of singer Robin Sikh.
He reportedly had a heart attack while playing hockey with his 19-year-old son, Carter, and was sent to the hospital to rescue him, and he may have donated some organs after his death.
Previously, when asked about Growing Pains, he said he "loved it, was proud of it, proud of what he was after, loved the family values on the show, was happy with my character, what I said, and the impact it had on me and my life and my family and my career, so I would feel very fitted to write it on my tombstone."
