Datang Environment elected Wang Yanwen as chairman and Tian Dan as general manager

On June 30, Datang Environment announced that in view of the job transfer, Qu Bo has resigned as chairman of the board and chairman of the nomination committee of the board of directors, with effect from June 30, 2021. Qu Bo will continue to serve as a non-executive director of the Company until the expiration of the second term of the Board of Directors.

On the same day, it was announced that the board of directors unanimously elected Wang Yanwen as the chairman of the second board of directors. Wang Yanwen's term of office runs from 30 June 2021 to the expiration of the second term of the Board of Directors. On the same day, due to the transfer of work, Wang Yanwen resigned as the general manager of the company, which took effect from June 30, 2021. Wang Yanwen will continue to serve as an executive director of the Company until the expiration of the second term of the Board of Directors. Mr. Wang will continue to retain his positions on the Remuneration and Appraisal Committee and the Strategy and Investment Committee of the Board.

It is further announced that the Board of Directors has resolved to appoint Tian Dan as general manager of the Company for a three-year term beginning on June 30, 2021. According to the statutes, Tian Dan will be re-elected after the expiration of his term of office.

In addition, due to the transfer to the general manager of the Company, Mr. Tian has resigned from the position of Deputy General Manager of the Company, which will take effect from June 30, 2021 Tian Dan will continue to serve as an executive director of the Company until the expiration of the second term of the Board of Directors. Due to their age, Bu Baosheng and Wang Haijie have resigned as deputy general managers of the Company, effective June 30, 2021.
