01 Build a team of experts
Build teams of experts at the regional level according to the division of labor requirements for online education. This team needs to have the ability to deeply understand the rules of online teaching on the basis of grasping the subject teaching and the local teaching situation, have experience in online teaching design and implementation, and have certain technical capabilities. The expert team will be a strong support for the development of regional online teaching, and can provide implementation guidance and technical support to the schools under its jurisdiction.
02 Carry out the overall design
According to the development of the epidemic, different education and teaching stages are divided, and different teaching models are designed for each stage. Form a whole with the learning after the end of the epidemic.
Avoid a single resource supply and live courses, take the unit as a unit, design the learning as a whole, and integrate learning guidance, content learning, Q&A tutoring, discussion collaboration and task evaluation into the design.
03 Improve teacher literacy

07 Ensure the operation of the platform

For areas with insufficient resources, a reasonable match between real-time teaching and non-real-time teaching should be considered, and non-real-time teaching should be used well.
