Hailing Island is a whole island in Yangjiang City, belonging to the Hailing Island Economic Development Pilot Zone in Jiangcheng District, Yangjiang City, once rated as one of the "Top Ten Most Beautiful Great Islands in China" by "China National Geographic" magazine, and is now a 5A scenic spot. Because of the Maritime Silk Road Museum, it is also famous for the Nanhai No. 1 shipwreck.
On the island, there are real estate developed by Agile, Evergrande, Poly and so on. Several large resort areas are relatively beautiful, tall buildings, green trees in the courtyard, green shadows, and coconut breeze swaying. It stands out from the crowd throughout the island.

The second time I came to Hailing Island, it was still so attractive and eye-catching. The Maritime Silk Road Museum (referred to as the Maritime Silk Museum) is located in the Ten Mile Silver Beach in the middle of the island. The museum is a ship-shaped building specially built to protect the shipwreck of Nanhai No. 1 in the Southern Song Dynasty.

It took 20 years from the discovery of Nanhai No. 1 off the coast of Yangjiang in 1987 to 2007 when it was hoisted ashore and housed into the Haisi Museum. In the past 20 years, in order to maximize the protection of ancient cultural relics, archaeologists have spent a lot of money to lift ancient shipwrecks from the sea as a whole. Since the shipwreck was found on the ancient Silk Road, and it was also a ship that sailed to the South Seas and India during the Silk Road trade, the name of the museum was "Maritime Silk Road". Protective archaeological excavations in the museum have unearthed more than 80,000 pieces of ancient porcelain, gold ornaments and other cultural relics. Through the huge glass wall, visitors can watch the archaeologists excavate artifacts on the hull of the ship. Next to the museum, there are also replica ships of ancient shipwrecks, and many people will board the replica boat.

Behind the museum is Sha Youhaiqing's Ten Mile Silver Beach, which is open to the public as an independent scenic spot and visitors need to buy a ticket to enter. On the fine white beach, the moon, swings, pavilions, flowers and other shapes are dressed up, and the picture is beautiful, adding some beautiful background for tourists to take photos.

In the afternoon, go to Mawei Island to watch the sunset. Walk through the bustling streets to the westernmost point of the island ~ Mawei Island, where there are continuous boathouses floating on the sea, and fishermen have used boats as their home for generations, and this is a sea village.

The sky is getting redder and redder, and the sunset has become a red-faced Guan Gong, its shadow is thrown into the sea, and it is pushed in front of people wave by waves, and countless suns fall into the sea, and the sea is also red and shining. As night falls, people return to their nests like tired birds.
