Different from her previous football experience, when she came to the university campus and faced a team that had just been formed, Pu Wei hoped to bring the good traditions of women's football to the girls. "In fact, when I come to this team, what I hope to bring them is better habits, use their professional qualities to help them develop good playing habits and awareness, and know when to do things and do the right things." Pu Wei asked his team members to always be in a positive state, don't give the opponent a chance to breathe, and can't stand still with his hands crossed during the game... For example, in the game to rush quickly, shoot decisively, pass the ball in a timely manner, etc., is closely related to the player's tactical awareness, teamwork and fighting spirit, Pu Wei called it "intelligent struggle". In the usual training, Pu Wei's requirements are also very strict, requiring the team members to place backpacks, water cups and equipment neatly, jogging when switching training projects, setting rewards and punishments during training, etc., to strengthen collaboration ability and cultivate team awareness.
