She has gone deep into leprosy villages many times, actively fighting for the medical security of patients, seeking social assistance, and helping them return to society as soon as possible. She established the first leprosy epidemic database in the history of our province, realized the network information management of leprosy patients in the province, and made the leprosy epidemic monitoring work in our province leap to the forefront of the country. She used her strong professional skills to improve the early detection rate of leprosy patients and reduce the incidence of leprosy deformity. In order to further improve the ability of leprosy prevention and control in Hunan Province, she has trained a large number of leprosy prevention and control professionals at different levels over the years.

Chen Huan has won the title of "National Advanced Individual in Leprosy Prevention and Control Work" and the "Hunan Provincial Youth Post Expert" and "Hunan May Fourth Youth Medal" awards for many times, in the face of honors, Chen Huan said that this is both a driving force and a pressure, and will continue to practice the healthy China strategy in the future and strive to maintain the health of the people.
