What attracts me most about DMS is its fairness and justice, the scale of the entire competition is a relatively large event in the country, and DMS has a very high degree of attention and very hot traffic. At the same time, the stage of DMS is very fashionable, and the lighting effect is also very good!

At the beginning, I was just a little fat person, I simply wanted to go to the gym to lose weight and train abs, and then I gradually liked this sport. It really changed me a lot, both physically and in life, and it helped me a lot.

Fitness not only brings me physical changes, but also makes me more confident and loves life.

I will be prepared for the competition and the preparation for the competition, the diet and the rest will be sufficient. The process of preparing for the competition is undoubtedly painful, but the thought of being able to put out the best condition on the stage is not so tiring.

I enjoyed every training session and didn't feel particularly uncomfortable. When I get satisfactory results, I feel that the hard work I have put in is nothing.

Now fitness has been fully integrated into my life, and friends around me will be influenced by me and want to achieve the way they want through exercise.

My pursuit of fitness is to constantly improve my condition and training. I'm still dreaming, but it doesn't affect my life. Although fitness has become a big part of my life, there are still many things to do in my life.
