The Municipal People's Procuratorate implements a system of receiving visits from the masses of the people by the chief procurator and the responsible persons of the business departments. The chief procurator and the person in charge of the business department receive the visiting masses, and may receive them regularly or by appointment to respond to the demands of the masses at the first time. At present, the chief procurators (including deputy procurators and full-time members) at the two levels of the city have received a total of 97 visits from the masses, of which 24 are visited by the chief procurator, 53 are visited by deputy chief procurators, and 20 are visited by full-time members of the procuratorial committee.

The physical hall facilitates the "face-to-face" of the people and the procuratorial organs, meets the actual needs of the masses who have the needs of "meeting" and "meeting people", "one window" provides "one-stop" services to the outside world, the masses do not leave home, "hands-on" can reflect the demands through the network platform, inquire about the progress of case handling, conduct legal consultation, and put forward opinions and suggestions on procuratorial work and the construction of the procuratorial team, and obtain the same high-quality, efficient and efficient procuratorial services as in the physical hall. Municipal people's procuratorates and basic level people's procuratorates have full-time personnel responsible for petitioning work. Petition matters are entered into the petition system 2.0 on a case-by-case basis, and within seven days of acceptance, they are transferred to the basic level people's procuratorate or the relevant departments of that procuratorate for handling in accordance with the division of labor within jurisdiction and departmental functions, and all procedural issues are to be replied to within seven days. Each department of the Municipal People's Court has the duty to undertake petitioning matters according to the division of labor according to its functions, and for substantive issues transmitted by the procuratorial department for accusations and appeals that fall within the jurisdiction of the procuratorial organs, designate a undertaker to handle them in a timely manner, complete the handling within three months, and reply to the complainant on the process or result of the handling; The extension period shall not exceed 30 days. At present, the city's procuratorial organs have accepted a total of 6 criminal appeal cases, 2 criminal compensation cases, 30 cases of national judicial aid caused by cases and returning to poverty due to cases, issued judicial aid of 395,000 yuan, and 99 civil administrative procuratorial supervision cases; handled 32 cases of duplicate petitions assigned by the Supreme People's Procuratorate, all of which have been completed. For cases that do not fall within the jurisdiction of the procuratorial organs, while promptly replying to the complainant, they shall be transferred to the unit with jurisdiction in accordance with law, and at the same time submitted to the provincial procuratorate for the record.
