Shaodong Rural Construction Craftsman Training is a people's livelihood project jointly organized by Shaodong Housing Bureau and Shaodong Federation of Trade Unions, and undertaken by Shaodong Zhizhi Computer Technology Engineering School. During the training, experts in construction safety technology were invited to teach the trainees, and 116 rural craftsmen from various townships in Shaodong City participated in the training.
The training methods mainly include concentrated face-to-face teaching and on-site practical training. The training content includes basic courses, skills courses, and practical training courses. The basic course includes rural housing construction policies and laws and regulations, engineering project management, rural housing structure and safety, architectural map recognition, etc.; The skills course includes technical content such as rural housing design, measurement and lay-off, foundation treatment, and masonry structure construction; Practical training course: On-site observation and practical training.
Through the skills training of construction craftsmen, the popularization of safe production knowledge and professional skills of rural construction craftsmen has been further strengthened, and a group of rural construction craftsmen who love rural areas, abide by the law, understand technology, stress safety and can manage have been cultivated, and the professional skills and livelihood skills of rural construction craftsmen have been improved.
