16. Then pour in the leek vermicelli eggs, stir-fry evenly, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt, and stir-fry until the taste is broken. After coming out of the pan, sprinkle with minced garlic and mix well.
17. Remove the awakened dough and flatten them first. Then stack it again. Press inside out. 5-7 in groups.
18. After pinching, press a few times with a rolling pin, press on both sides, and then roll them out into a round dough sheet, with a thickness of about 0.5 cm. Be sure to roll out on both sides so that it is rolled evenly.
19. Start the pan without pouring oil, put in the round cake, and turn on the maximum heat.
Turn it over in about 20.20 seconds and tear off the layer on the surface. Very fast ripening without worry.
21. Continue following this step, tearing off one piece and turning it over, and tearing off the other side again until it is all done.
22. Put the ingredients on while eating.
