And once involved in the geopolitical struggle and using the United States as a strategic pawn, it will be difficult for Honduras to develop. Therefore, the establishment of diplomatic relations between Hongguo and China is mainly from the perspective of its own development.
Second, the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Honduras is based on equal respect. The United States has long pursued hegemonism and regarded itself as a world hegemon, and those countries that oppose the United States will be suppressed, while those weak countries are more easily oppressed. Unlike the United States, China respects the sovereignty of all countries and advocates the development of relations on an equal footing, which is one of the strategic motives for Honduras to establish diplomatic relations with China.
In addition, the United States has long regarded Honduras and other Latin American regions as its backyard, preventing other powers from operating in Latin America, and the establishment of diplomatic relations between Honduras and Chinese mainland will undoubtedly shake the hegemonic position of the United States in the Americas and weaken the regional appeal of the United States. This shows that the strength of the United States is declining, it is difficult for the United States to gain the trust of all countries, while China has been welcomed by all countries through equal cooperation, it is difficult for the United States to reshape its position by means of hegemony, so that all countries submit to their own feet, and what all countries want is peaceful development.
In fact, not only Honduras wants to establish diplomatic relations with Chinese mainland, many countries in Latin American countries want to get rid of the strategic control of the United States and seek to develop relations with Chinese mainland; in their view, China is rising day by day, while the United States is declining day by day, China's peace proposition is what all countries are willing to see, the United States often uses force to provoke wars, and frequently intervenes in the affairs of other countries, which has long caused unease in all countries. Between China and the United States, of course, they will choose China.
Since the end of World War II, the United States has been domineering and unscrupulous, not only bullying the weak, but also constantly encircling China, and even frequently using the Taiwan Strait card to test us and try to provoke cross-strait confrontation. The United States is clearly wrong to want to disgust China by inviting Tsai Ing-wen. China has enough strategic wisdom to counter the United States and defend its sovereign interests.
With the rise of China, more and more countries will realize the importance of peaceful development, and the establishment of diplomatic relations between Honduras and Chinese mainland is a microcosm of China's world status, and at the same time reflects that the United States is losing world leadership. The United States should understand that provocation and confrontation are by no means desirable by all countries, and only equal respect can be welcomed.
