Honduras was the first to attempt a change in foreign policy after the reconciliation of Isa.

By declaring "respect" Honduras' choice after diplomatic efforts, the United States is in effect declaring to the world that the United States is powerless to stop the changes China has brought to the region.

South America and the Middle East are all consolidating forces, all huddling together, and both preparing to deal with the impact of the collapse of the United States.
The United States is well aware of the impact that these countries, which should have been "leeks", once they form an alliance, will affect their own hegemony, as exemplified by ASEAN's past experience. True multipolarity is quietly being established, and we welcome it as long as each force is independent and can fight for its own fundamental interests. In terms of cooperation, who have we been afraid of?
