There is a passage that says: Once in a math class, the teacher saw Hao Aimin's eyes sluggish, and his lips were still moving, so he judged that he was distracted, and intentionally woke him up, so he shouted loudly: "Hao Aimin! In 1952, Hao Aimin was admitted to Beijing No. 26 Middle School and served as one of the leaders of the 26 Middle School Repertory Theatre. At this time, he was best at imitating this, and successfully saved the scene at the 1960 National Day Literary and Art Gala, and improvised the "Song of Youth" with Xie Fang. At the end of this year, when reporting on the performance, Hao Aimin performed "Empty City Plan" and "Learning Peking Opera", and Mei Yi, the leader of the bureau at the time, looked at it and said: "This actor has good conditions, and I hope that Comrade Hou Baolin will accept him as an apprentice and expand the cross-talk team." Ma Ji, Yu Shiyou, Li Wenhua and Hao Aimin are all in the China Broadcasting Rap Group and are called the Four Little Geniuses. The four elders who taught them cross-talk were Hou Baolin, Liu Baorui, Guo Qiru, and Guo Quanbao.

In 1961, Hao Aimin partnered with Guo Quanbao until Guo Quanbao retired, and later partnered with Li Wenhua.

In 1962, under the influence of Ma Ji, Hao Aimin began to create cross-talk, and created "Table Tennis" with Ma Ji. He followed Hou Baolin to the north and south, toured the north, and often performed in Zhongnanhai, becoming another new star of the China Broadcasting Rap Company after Ma Ji. Hao Aimin has cooperated with many partners, in addition to Hou Baolin, there are Liu Baorui, Guo Qiru, Guo Quanbao, Li Wenhua, Tang Jiezhong, Jiang Kun and so on. The more partners you have, the more it illustrates a problem: you don't have your own style.

Although some people questioned it at that time, the vote was cast by the masses and could only be recognized. Now in question is his lineage. In the "Annals of Hou Baolin" published by Hou Baolin's daughter Hou Feng, there are Hao Aimin and Yu Shiyou both worshipping teachers in 1961. In the "Hao Aimin" entry in the "Cross-talk Dictionary", it is written: "In 1961, he was transferred to the Central Radio Rap Ensemble and became a cross-talk actor. Baihou Baolin was his teacher. Gao Yuqun, deputy editor of the "Cross-Talk Dictionary", has a good relationship with Hou Baolin, and once went to a foreign country with Hou Baolin to give a lecture, and he said one thing before his death: "In the 1980s, at a dinner, I was present with Hao Aimin and his wife. Lady Hao, Zhang Yulan, called Master, and Hou Baolin agreed. ”

However, when Hou Baohua was a guest on CCTV's "Chinese Literature and Art", he suddenly came up with a list of Hou Baolin's apprentices, without Hao Aimin and Yu Shiyou.

Why didn't Hou Yaohua recognize Hao Aimin's status as Hou Baolin's apprentice? It is said that Hao Aimin has a straight personality and says some things that the mainstream cross-talk community does not like to hear. For example, he said that many cross-talk actors are now "not doing their jobs", either to sing, or to do business, advertising endorsements and to become film and television actors. At present, all the cross-talk actors want to make money, and no one has made efforts to study cross-talk; for example, he said that the decline of cross-talk, individual industry leaders need to bear 50% of the responsibility; for example, he said that cross-talk is an "art of grounding", it needs to communicate face-to-face with the audience. Hao Aimin loves dramas, and he also joins the China Broadcasting Television Drama Troupe and has acted in many TV dramas.
