Spring is a beautiful and vibrant season, with blue skies, sunshine and a warm spring breeze blowing through the fields.
In this beautiful time, on Thursday, March 16, 2023, our group: Chen Yizhi, Chen Siyuan, Liu Yaohui, Chen Yiyou, Chen Jiachang and other five couples, in addition to a Feng Yaoda, a total of 11 "outing friends", met to visit Liuhuang, Gebu Village and Chabei Village in Fengshun.
At eight o'clock in the morning of the 16th, we first gathered at Si Wangge's house, and after everyone arrived, we set off in the direction of Liuhuang. When we arrived at Maple Gate and under Changling, we were fascinated by the scenery on both sides of the road, and couldn't help but stop the car to watch the beautiful scenery in front of us: before the loquat fruit was ripe, the fruit farmer used a white paper bag to cover the string of loquat fruit, so as to avoid the invasion of birds and insects, so as to protect it, and when the loquat fruit was ripe and marketed, the fruit was yellow and beautiful, and it could be sold at a good price. In this way, the loquat fruit of the whole tree is covered with a white paper bag, and it looks like a "snowflake" of fruit blooming from a distance, like "thousands of trees and pear blossoms". Loquat trees are planted at the foot of the mountain from Maple Gate to Changlingxia, and on both sides of the road from the front of the house to the house. I don't know if it's the weather this year, the trees are full of fruit. Loquat trees and green olive trees are the main economic products of Liuhuang Town, and the ripening season is around Qingming, when loquat fruits are sold on both sides of the road and in the streets.

I searched for the nutritional value and efficacy of loquat fruit and shared five of its major uses:

Fourth, cough, loquat treatment of stomach cancer rebellion, do not eat, cure stomach cancer lung metastasis vomiting, cough, self-sweating. Loquat leaves can be dried to make tea, which has the effect of releasing heat and breath, and stomach reversing, and is a good product for coughing.
Fifth, weight loss, loquat fruit contains crude fiber and mineral elements, per 100 grams of loquat contains 0, 4 grams of protein, 6, 6 grams of carbohydrates, and contains vitamin B1 and vitamin C, is a very effective weight loss fruit. Then, our group followed the Liuhuang River embankment road towards Chaoan. When we arrived at Gebu Village, we visited the large villa of a local family surnamed Huang. A middle-aged woman in the villa saw our group looking at the gate, so she opened the gate and warmly beckoned us in for tea.
This large villa is luxurious and magnificent, and the whole villa covers an area of nearly 2,000 square meters. Their main door frame is made of high-quality pure stone, the architectural style of the main building is a combination of modern Chinese and ancient European style, and the whole villa building is built of pure stone and part of the imitation stone, which can be said to be magnificent, high-end luxury, and integrated. The most attractive thing is that in front of the villa, there is a wall about four meters high, and the beautiful Baifu diagram carved in pure stone. This is the only villa I visited in several villas with such a grandeur of Baifutu, and we took a commemorative photo under Baifutu. The villa has a variety of stone carved animals, which are lifelike and lovely. The biggest attraction is the stone sculpture made of pure stone that imprints the hearts of men and women.

There are several kinds of precious trees and fruit trees planted in the villa, especially the exotic tree grapes, which ordinary people see for the first time, and the normal grapes should be set up after planting, and the grapes grow vines and hold them on the shed, forming bunches of grape seeds and hanging under the shed. The fruit of the grapes they planted was on the body and branches of the tree, and the tree was full of dense grape seeds. There is also a tree that produces fruit that resembles a kiwi fruit, but is not a kiwi. The green belt in the villa is staggered, and various plants and flowers and fruit trees are trimmed to a unique shape. The grass on the lawn was trimmed as if a man had just had a haircut, clean and neat. There is a stone paved path inside the villa, along which one can walk around the villa.
After visiting all corners of the villa, everyone exclaimed the same thing, "Hi! Rich people are luxurious atmosphere. This is the second sight to visit today.
After visiting the luxurious villa, our group walked along the riverside road to the junction of Fengshun and Chaoan, and we stopped the car. The road leading to Chao'an in front of you is still the old road in the past, with potholes, many large trucks passing by, and rolling dust and dust behind the car. The road in our Fengshun section has just been repaired, and it is flat and beautiful. The original plan was to go to Chao'an Cixi to play, but after seeing such road conditions, he dispelled the idea and turned back from Tiankun Village to Chabei.
I visited this village more than 40 years ago, on a bicycle, and I heard that there were "really cool" fabrics to buy at the Chabei Supply and Marketing Cooperative. At that time, although the tea back was a commune, but the population was sparse and scattered in all corners of the mountain, at that time the tea back in my impression only had a restaurant, a supply and marketing cooperative, a cloth store, a small health center, and several units of the government department gathered together, the street was lined with low brick houses, sparse, about a hundred meters in front and back of the street.
Today, more than forty years later, Chabei Village is a completely different scene, although it was abolished and the town was placed under the jurisdiction of Liuhuang, but the scale of their previous town-level establishment is still the same as it was then. We chose a restaurant in the middle of the street and ordered six dishes and one soup with meat and vegetarian dishes, and they cooked enough portions and meals that suited our taste. The checkout was only more than 200 yuan, and each person shared only 21 yuan, everyone thought it was economical and delicious, saying that if they had the opportunity to go to the tea back next time, they would go back to this restaurant to eat.
Cheap and affordable Fengshun country food
Before the meal, I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Hu Zhisan, an old friend of nearly 50 years. He was a member of the working group that came to our Pantian Commune in 1974 to carry out the "Line Education Campaign", and at that time lived in the Xiahecheng production team of our Xinnan Brigade, and formed a deep relationship with each other.
This is the third thing that I accidentally happened to meet today for nearly fifty years, and it is also the third thing today.
After eating at the Chabei Hotel, we rested for a while and then went home. The original plan was to take a short approach, but because the guide who led the road was blindly confident and did not read the road signs, we just followed him and took us to the end of the road called Dabo Gong Village. When I saw an elder in Dabogong Village, I realized that we had already taken the wrong road, although this mountain road was paved with water, but the mountain road was rough and winding, fortunately, several of our riders were old drivers, skilled in operation, and returned safely.
Spring is coming, please those of us who are elderly, we must remember to clean up the mood, spray the spring of happiness, drive away all the sorrows, pick up a light shovel, shovel all the pressure, sprinkle the fertilizer of happiness, may we have a good mood every day, in the days of peace and prosperity, enjoy it well, and make up for the hardships we suffered when we were young. Now is our golden time, the body that God has given us is basically okay, and our pairs of old husbands and wives are still sharp in their hands and feet, and their eyes are not spent, which is rare. We must cherish every day, strive to live a few more years, see our more and more beautiful homes, and make our old age life more colorful in the rest of the time.
