One. About the J-League Echelon:

1. Basic U10 At the beginning, good children went to the exam, which also led to the fact that the good children after the fourth grade of these strong youth clubs were snatched away by the echelon, resulting in a plummeting grade. BUT IN THE PAST THREE YEARS, THERE HAVE ALSO BEEN PRIVATE YOUTH CLUBS (REGISTA FC/FC TRIANELLO MACHIDA) THAT HAVE WON NATIONAL COMPETITIONS AND WON CHAMPIONSHIPS. These two youth clubs will be introduced later in the article. (Elementary school students All Japan Youth Assembly, private youth team, youth group, echelon will sign up for the competition, organized by the Japan Football Association.) )

If you are not selected at the time of U10, U11 and U12 can continue to register for the echelon examination, basically once a year.

U12 is the formal echelon that clubs really begin to pay attention to, and the same is true for Japanese youth training, after U12, there are not so many youth clubs, and the number of clubs is also a cliff-like decrease. 12 years old is also a node, good to go to the echelon, second-rate to the youth club, or the varsity team, from the varsity team can also take the echelon exam or go to high school to participate in the high school league at any time. But no matter where you go, as long as the child has stamina and strength, it will definitely not be buried.

After entering the echelon, there will also be a knockout system, U12 enters, it may also be eliminated when U14, and so on. The competition is fierce and brutal.

Japan U18, the highest level of league is not a high school league, it is the Takamanomiya Cup, a league in which the stronger high school teams and echelons participate together.

2. Japanese seedlings, pinching the top selection is a high-ball merchant player with the ability to hold the ball under high confrontation and pressure, of course, with these conditions, fast and high body will be given more priority. They now attach great importance to height and stature. Mixed race is very important, and selection is also focused on assessment. The approximate order of the assessment criteria is (technique→ ball quotient→ height, → speed)

3. Tokyo echelon ranking (grades according to Japanese school grades, in April):

This is the basic echelon ranking of Japanese footballers, but different teams have different styles, and the specific echelon style everyone refers to their J-League playing style. Japan is now in the echelon selection, under the premise of technology and ball intelligence, it has basically chosen height and speed, and has begun to move closer to the body of European football. Everyone chooses teams according to the characteristics of their children. (The following part of the chart is from the official website of the echelon, and the text part is compiled from the 2022 data)

Kawasaki Frontale Minimum 4th grade (with 3 3rd grade children)

Kashima Antlers Minimum 4th grade

Yokohama Mariners Minimum 4th grade (2 3rd grades)

Urawa Red Diamond Minimum 4th grade

Yokohama FC Minimum 4th grade (with 1 3rd grade child)

Tokyo FC Smallest Secondary One

3. Echelon selection time over the years: need to register in advance, see the official website of the club for the specific time, you need to submit which youth club you come from, from a famous and good club, the echelon will focus on looking.

Echelon trial selection time

Kawasaki Frontale in September

Kashima Antlers Irregular (several times a year)

Yokohama Mariner February

Urawa Red Diamond in September

Yokohama FC September

Tokyo FC (Junior High School) 6th grade in late July

4. Tokyo FC and Tokyo Verd and other echelons basically, have subordinate echelon schools, understood as echelon reserves, they are basically 9 years old, 10 years old when they are selected to put good seedlings into their football school, but also echelon coaches, train once or twice a week, and then send people to the first-line echelon from here.

5. How to be selected for the echelon: once a year the selection of their own registration, but the competition is very, very fierce, especially Kawasaki Frontale, the selection is basically one in a million, although this selection channel also selects people, but it can be understood that the situation is greater than the content, mainly to give all children who play football a fair opportunity to participate in the selection and close contact with the echelon. Every year, 5-10 students will be selected through this channel for each echelon of each grade.

6. In addition, the selection channel: each echelon will have its own scouting team, in the daily games every Saturday and Sunday, and various primary school league games, they will watch a large number of games and pick people, and then directly invite into the echelon. It is important to play well in their respective clubs in elementary school, and the strength of the club and the matches they participate in are also important. In their elementary school league, more than 8,000 teams signed up in Tokyo alone, and after the elimination of these teams, several teams represented Tokyo in the national competition.

7. The scouts are basically selected directly into the A team of the echelon, and the B and C teams who enter the echelon are basically selected by the examination once a year. Upgrading from Team C to Team B can be achieved through hard work. However, in the echelon, from team B to team A, it is very cautious, and it is necessary to play a very big improvement.

Note: My recommendation is to go to Japan to train with a strong team for at least one month before registering for the echelon selection, so that the child can keep up with the rhythm of Japan first, otherwise the obvious rhythm and physical fitness in the game are one beat worse than the Japanese child. (In the vernacular, people take the ball away, you stretch your feet, you predict it, everyone else has the ball gone, or your teammates pass you the ball, you don't expect it, the ball suddenly arrives, startled). Echelon selection is mainly about playing 8-a-side matches and directly fighting.

Two. Introduction of several genres of clubs before the U12 in the Tokyo area:

1. REGISTA FC (Sports Club Genre):

Features: Offensive and defensive conversion is particularly fast, training is hard, physical advantages are obvious, and the style is tough, suitable for players with good body and fast speed. I watched them play against the Urawa Red Diamonds, half a head taller than their opponents, very good at using their bodies, very aggressive in their playing style, very adult, with many long passes, and the overall pressing is fierce, and the whole court is pressing. They won a lot of goals against Urawa Red Diamonds, but I think it is still Urawa Red Diamonds who play more content, even if they are behind, they still don't kick randomly, they still dare to hold the ball and control the ball, and they won't be afraid to open their feet.

The training of this club is very serious, there is not a word of nonsense in training, full attention, the training atmosphere is tense and focused, the young players, no one says a word of nonsense, there is no hilarious behavior. In the first 30 minutes of training, there is no coach, and the players think about the training content by themselves and exercise their ability to think actively. Parents all stand about 5 meters away from the net, basically do not speak, chat with each other very little, parents mute mode. First place in the Tokyo Elementary School League competition for two consecutive years. Races against the echelon are often won. Interview test to join the team. Divided into ABC teams, selected into the team. After their U12 graduation, many of them were picked up by clubs like Tokyo FC that like good health, and went to become the main team. But this style of play is based on the child's physical talent, and the results in primary school will be very good, and I think the stamina is slightly worse than the ceiling.

Three Japanese elementary school student national champions in 2015, 2021, 2022. (All Japan Youth Convention, Youth Academy, Youth League, Echelon will sign up, organized by the Japan Football Association.) )

Practice twice a week, and compete one day on Saturdays and Sundays.

2. FC TRIANELLO MACHIDA (TECHNICAL TRICK-TACTICAL CLUB GENRE):

The team with pure technical flow, the typical Japanese style of play, the sublimated Japanese team, can be understood as the Argentine team's style of play, more forward aggression than the Japanese team. The coaching team is good, the founder is from the coaching team of Kubo Kenei's team, and the executive head coach is from Kawasaki Frontale, and the training is detailed. Suitable for slower or skilled but no physical players, with distinctive technical characteristics. If the technique is good, the ball intelligence is good and the player has the body, it will be taken very seriously here. The training content is mainly ball quotient, no-ball running and reading game training. The basic skill is to pinch the tip and select the seedlings when people come, and the children selected have strong ball holding ability (stop, dribble, get away, pass, control, break through). Interview test to join the team, it is difficult to enter, and basically ceiling level players go. Training is mainly about not conceding the ball, then straight and brilliant passes. They are very strict in their catches and are very detail-oriented. There are very advanced requirements for the direction, power, angular position, timing of the catch. After joining the team, the AB team is also divided according to strength. They are currently the strongest in the third grade, and the first and second grades are also very good. Many members of the 456th class were snatched away by the echelon, leaving behind the second-rate players of the team, but they also have strong technical and tactical ability. This team can already play complex techniques and tactics in the first grade. The team training is divided into headquarters and branches, and the children in the headquarters are stronger.

In 2020, the team won the National Championship for Japanese Elementary School Students. (All Japan Youth Convention, Youth Academy, Youth League, Echelon will sign up, organized by the Japan Football Association.) )

3 practices a week, (one of which is in the indoor football field, in order to better control the football in a small area, the indoor field is the floor, but if you make a little mistake, you will lose the ball, and you must do the details of the ball to the extreme.) Plus Saturday and Sunday for two full-day games. (I have a lot of training in Japan)

3. Daizumi Gakuen (General Club Genre):

The characteristics combine the styles of the previous two teams and are not so extreme. It is more suitable for children with more comprehensive abilities, and in recent years, his results have improved by leaps and bounds, and "Mitsui のリハウス Tokyo U-12サッカーリーグ" has remained in the top 10 leagues in Tokyo for 10 consecutive years. The children are also very strong. Selected to join the team, more than 20 people in each age group need to compete for the main lineup of the 8-a-side competition. Internally, there are also AB teams. The training content includes strength, physical fitness, shooting, technical and tactical confrontation, etc. are relatively comprehensive, the training intensity is quite large (such as warming up is running 5 laps at full speed), and the first twenty minutes of training children arrange their own training according to their own shortcomings to exercise active thinking ability. At present, the fourth grade is relatively strong, and there are several ceiling-level children, and these children personally chose not to go to the echelon, so the strongest lineup was retained. The back of the 4th grade team is now Harvey.

Two practices a week, one day of competition. It has been in the top eight in the Tokyo area.

Note: The above three clubs are all very famous youth teams in Tokyo, and they are also strong teams. Represents the three schools of youth training in Japan, everyone can choose according to their own needs, children's characteristics and position when choosing a team, not necessarily these three, these three are more radical and difficult to enter. Here is just a genre introduction. There are also many teams in the same genre, and Japan's youth team is in full bloom. However, there are also coaches who are not high-level, and the selection of teams needs to be judged, and any youth club team in Japan can sign up to try out a few lessons. Of course, the tryout is followed by a two-way choice. Japan's overall youth football level in the Kanto region is higher than in the Kansai region, with Saitama and Kanagawa prefectures having the strongest average strength.

4. Rabisqueiro FC (Intensive Training with the Ball) :(Chinese Parents Knock the Point)

The individual ability of the children is very strong, many children from the echelon upgrade and practice skills here, and the coach comes from the Japanese futsal national team. The founder played in the Brazilian Pro League (indoor 5-a-side). The technique is top-notch, and it combines physical coordination and strength with the training of football running. Each training session with the ball for 1 hour, coordinated cadence and football running training for 1 hour (this big feature is football running, not track running). Dribbling training is mainly based on small-scale ball control and breakthrough techniques, (stopping, dribbling, getting away, ball control, ball sense, etc.), after personal technical training, immediately one-on-one small-scale confrontation, so that children will immediately apply the newly learned movements, immediately apply to actual combat, and there will be mini games at the end of training to encourage personal breakthroughs. Very recommended, there are a lot of applicants, need to queue, not very easy to enter. This organization does not participate in the competition. Train at 1.2.3.5 per week, and go several times on your own day.

There are many Japanese dribbling training institutions, but by no means every Japanese coach can teach this technique plus training class, and it is necessary to have very silky practical foot basic skills. The Japanese sky-high technique and "bells and whistles" that everyone sees on the Internet, silky feet and extreme ball control are all because they have the discipline of dribbling training. This is a different model from traditional football training. The Japanese dribbling training field is not large, there will be a lot of people, they train so to train children in small areas of ceiling level ball control and breakthrough ability. This institution is more famous, echelons come, and there are many children who practice here. (At present, there are no such professional coaches and institutions in China, and there is no such systematic curriculum.) This training model and course is a professional and technical course developed by the Japanese according to their own physical conditions, and it has been very popular in Japan for the past 20 years, and I personally think that it is very suitable for us Asians, especially East Asians. )

5. Goal assist FC (Comprehensive Intensive Training Institute next to FC Tokyo's home stadium):

Tokyo FC has two branches next to the home stadium and Koto City, mainly confrontation training in various situations, and every spring, summer and winter will organize training camps for children across the country, which should be selected for echelons, similar to the domestic pre-exam intensive class. The training camp is mainly for offense, shooting, and mini-games. Training is mainly in ordinary classes, but there are also intensive classes for selecting children with strong abilities on Fridays. The children who go to their daily classes are ordinary. Intensive classes are selected. The spring, summer and winter training camp is basically for stronger children who want to take the echelon exam all over Japan. This organization does not participate in the competition.

But this institution will form teams to participate in the world's primary school student competition. He was selected to represent Japan in Italy, and the opponents were the big clubs in Europe and the professional clubs in Africa. There are 64 teams from all over the world, 16 seeded teams, and Japan sends two teams to participate every year, one is the champion team of the elementary school league and the other is the intensive class children of this institution.

6. Coerver science (comprehensive enlightenment training institution), the coaching level can be, the training content can also be, but the child is only enlightened, may be that the branch I train is different, beginners can be recommended, high-end players are not recommended. There are daily trainings as well as camp training. This institution is the cornerstone of Japanese football and is everywhere. This organization does not participate in the competition.

7. The coach of the Spanish Villa Club is very scattered in training, and the U10 children are very poor.

8. FC Barcelona has a Spanish coach and the children are at an average level.

9. Boca's daily training has not been seen, the training camp can be seen, and the training camp children are similar to Goal assist.

Three. The main training modes of junior high school after U12:

1. Echelons

2. Academy clubs

3. Ministry Activities (Varsity Team)

Junior high school has entered the professional stage, and children who are interested in football basically go to the ministry (school team)! Children who want to take the career route go to the echelon or youth club! From elementary school to junior high school, many children will give up football!

Four. High school training mode after U15

1. Echelon (first-line players)

2. Academy clubs (very few)

3. Varsity teams such as Aomori Yamada are also divided into ABCD teams and selected for the team.

Note: Some varsity teams are strong, junior high school and high school are all together.

5. Registration system for Japanese youth players:

1. Because teenagers need to log in and register to play leagues and various competitions, they can only choose one team, whether it is a club, an echelon or a school team. Leave one and switch between each other, but not overlap.

2. Under the age of 16, no professional contract is allowed.

3. Foreign nationals are not allowed to play regular competitions, but if they meet any of the following three conditions, they can register: 1. Children who come to Japan to work can register if they come to Japan to work 2. They can register if they have lived for 5 years 3. International students who have studied abroad for less than a year and temporarily stay for a few months

Six. Japanese soccer training and match feelings

1. Before 10-20 years, the youth training of Japanese football was mainly technical, all pile-posing, one by one basic movements were disassembled, repeated training, very meticulous and mechanized ultimate training. After 20 years, they found that their skills are good and they can have the ball, but there is still a big gap between their actual combat ability and running without the ball, their ability to control the ball under high confrontation and high pressure, and their technical and tactical ability.

2. Now, the Japanese youth club has gradually evolved into a reasonable use of technical and tactical ability training under high pressing and high confrontation, and more training on off-ball running and actual combat ability and reading game ability. Now especially for high confrontation, fast pace, fast offensive and defensive conversion, and compression intensity requirements are very high. Of course, this is not to say that the basic skills are not important, this is very important, but this basic skill is to go home and practice hard or find an institution that trains with the ball, after all, the home team youth club basically practices twice a week.

3. Regarding physical fitness, Japanese children have very good physical fitness. This is not only the traditional running circle training, but their high confrontation, high pressure intensity, high offensive and defensive conversion rhythm brought up by each training, coaches are also trained, they will use the shortest language to understand the wrong points, will also pay great attention to control the fast pace of training, the whole training can be followed by all the children, the amount of training must be enough. Chinese children just go there is completely unable to keep up, and need to adapt for a while. It's like we adults go to Europe and can't keep up. In addition, they must have games for the home team every week, and playoffs on holidays. Each game is about 5-9 hours, that is, a day of play, in addition to a quick lunch box (20 minutes) in the middle, all in the game, usually several teams together, several fields at the same time to take turns to play the game, the team that is resting will not rest, immediately on the sidelines coach with training. Even if the coach does not practice very occasionally, the children will definitely not play or play or rest on the sidelines, and must pass the ball by themselves or with their teammates. Or two teams make a date to play for a day. Some actually brought 8 people here, also kicking for a day, without rest. The basic team is one day a week, and the strong team or the chicken blood team plays two days a week. The child's physical fitness is thus pulled out. Their physical strength is beyond my imagination. China's youth team, training and competition rhythm are basically incomparable. Their matches are all 8-a-side.

4. The opponents in the weekend game are all similar in strength to each other, and the gap is not large, so the training value of the competition is very large.

5. Weekend competition, each team has its own A and B teams. Between each other, A and A ratio, B and B ratio. Kick at the same time. So the substitutes can also play a lot of games, play well in team B, and mention team A at any time, and go to B when A goes down. Their coach pays attention to the fact that if the strength is not enough, if you can't touch the ball well in team A, you can't get exercise value, so more touch in team B will improve faster.

6. In Japan, each child can only choose one youth team, because on weekends they have to play with the team, the youth team basically trains twice a week, plays one day, and the rest of the time they think that the child needs to rest and maintain his passion for football. But parents who practice extra will send their children to technical dribbling classes or comprehensive intensive classes like Goal assist FC in their spare time.

7. Competitions are very important for children, and they must participate in competitions to train their practical skills. Because of the old-school training, only pay attention to traditional technology, the youth team without actual combat ability is still in Japan, although the child has good skills, but after entering the echelon, there is no actual ability to play will soon be eliminated.

8. The basic skills of technology are also very important, which requires special attention from parents themselves. This also determines the stamina of the child after he is older. The high confrontation under the human ball and one is the weight of the child growing up to use the Asian body against Europeans or Asian strong physical countries. Children's technical basic skills training 4-10 years old is the core and golden stage, this time node, coaches and parents must increase the proportion of basic skills training time, this stage is the most important. Without a solid technical foundation like the ceiling, when you grow up, don't expect to dare to take and control in the national team competition, because this is impossible. Technology can also be done as long as you practice, and you don't need talent. This is the only point in football that can be achieved without talent and hard work. (The ball quotient and physical condition are all rewarded by God, and after being very lucky to have these two points, the technique is practiced hard the day after tomorrow.) Without technical support, even if you grow up with good physical conditions and high ball intelligence, you will not become a top player. I've seen too many grown up, the ball merchant is very good, but unfortunately the technology can't keep up with the situation where consciousness cannot be achieved. )

9. All the youth coaches I see in Japan at present, they also shout loudly on the sidelines during the game, timely conveying technical and tactical changes and current problems, but instead of reprimanding children, they will encourage them to try new movements and technical and tactical transmission and control capabilities, without abuse.

All parents in Japan, on the sidelines of training and competition, are not allowed to direct their children, nor can they shout on the sidelines to remind their children, and no one will do this. First, this is a minimum of respect for the coach, and second, they all have this cognition and patience, and know how to exercise children's ability to read competitions and active thinking at any time, which is also one of the important ways to develop the brain in 6-10.

10. Japan's defensive pressing has been in line with Europe, the defense has not been delayed, standing, all are up to grab, the oppression is fast, many people continue to press, and the intensity of oppression is also very large.

11. The planning of Japanese parents and the self-awareness of children are important for their own shortcomings. For example, the type of player who is born with good health and fast speed, and can pass in one stroke, the Japanese coach will require and encourage the child to break through through the rhythm and multi-width direction change technique, so that the upper limit of the child will be high when he grows up. In China, this type of child will turn this advantage into the extreme (it is easy to produce results in the adolescent stage, because the coach needs results, but when you grow up in continental competitions and go to Europe, the physical speed advantage is gone, what to do?). )

12. Most coaches in Japan have a saying that they make little progress in challenges and failures, encourage children to try new movements every day, and even if they fail again and again and are robbed, they still encourage children to continue to do it until they do it.

13. Japan attaches great importance to sports, physical coordination and the development of athletic ability from the age of 2 in kindergarten, and very early on, at the age of 6, it has made very good physical preparation for professional football training.

Seven. Category of Japanese elementary school training institutions

(Because their home team club is basically two training days a week, so there are many professional training institutions, different types of training institutions have different focuses, professional people practice details)

1. The strongest after grade 4 is basically the echelon, and there is no echelon in grade 1.2.3, which is the strongest in various youth clubs.

2. The fee-based youth clubs founded by various private founders basically practice twice a week.

3. Youth group (the fathers of each practicing child are spontaneously organized by themselves in the community or family annex, the fathers are not profitable, but take turns to divide the labor to undertake the work inside, all the children pool money for training competitions, and the fathers are basically the echelons or professional players who came down from the echelon that year). Basic two exercises a week.

4. Many Rabisqueiro fc training intensive courses with the ball technique (no competition, additional training institutions, China does not have this model)

5. Many Goal assist FC comprehensive intensive classes (no competition, additional training institutions, China does not have this model)

Eight. Chinese youth training, Japanese youth training and European youth training

1. There is a gap in coaches' cognitive ability in football

2. There is a gap in the physical condition of the seedlings

3. The core of the spirit of Japanese football is to serve others, so their players will think on the field how I can do more for my teammates, emphasizing the whole. Chinese children will think about how I can make fewer mistakes, make fewer mistakes and suffer less complaints. South American players are individual heroes, European players are individual performances in the whole.

4. Japanese society has many basic rules, strong politeness, strong self-discipline, more middle class, and some depressed social form, so it is difficult for them to produce personalized players, or wild players, which is also the reason for their poor aggressiveness and forward ability.

5. Japan doesn't have good strikers because there are no personalized players. The only personality player, Hideju Nakata, is of Korean descent. Keisuke Honda is an alternative, and he has to express his difference from Japan in various interviews when he was a child to break away from the Japanese system.

6. I personally believe that although European football is still much stronger than Japanese football, because our children are all Asian genetics, they are destined to be physically inferior to Europeans, and I am physically very good in Asia, but in Asian continental competitions, I can't compete with Australia and Iran, let alone Europeans. Therefore, it is very important for us to do a good job of basic technical skills in Japan when we are teenagers. Europe does not have such a systematic training of technical basic skills of the team and institutions, South Americans and Spaniards technology is an innate advantage of race, other European teams are more reasonable use of the body and strong understanding of football. When children are young, they play basic skills in Japan, and when they are older, they go to Europe to develop their skills, tactics and competitive skills.

7. In Japan's youth training method, children's football maturity is generally late, because of the support of strong technical basic skills, 15-22 years old stamina is relatively strong. Chinese children, before the age of 15, relying on physical advantages will have the opportunity to gain a foothold in Japan and even Europe, but at the age of 15-20, the stamina and ceiling will become worse and worse, which is also the reason why Chinese children are gradually eliminated by foreign echelons after the age of 15.

8. Japanese youth training 6-12 years old attaches great importance to technical and mental development training. Football is a project that requires creativity, cramming education, short-term results are OK, and creativity when you grow up, that is, the ball chamber is very poor.

9. In the eyes of European professional coaches, Neymar's core competitiveness and strongest point has always been a wide range of off-ball movement, combined with super passing ability, and finally first-class dribbling. And these abilities are formed between the ages of 6 and 12. A game of 90 minutes, the most touched is the No. 6 player, a total of 3 minutes, the core ability of football is no ball, so the ability to have the ball determines the upper limit of the player, and the ability to have the ball determines the lower limit of the player.

10. The youth training of Chinese football is very different from that of Japan. The ability to hold the ball under high-intensity pressing, the ability to run without the ball, the ability to read the game, and the rhythm of offensive and defensive switching are not an era worse than Japan. Of course, there is still a gap between Japanese football and European football, and Asian football has a long way to go!
