On October 11, the Municipal Commission for Discipline Inspection appointed Wang Xuan, head of the discipline inspection and supervision team of the Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau, to supervise the construction of the Hangbu River Governance Project (Jin'an Section), Lu Yonglai, deputy director of the Municipal Water Conservancy Project Construction Management Office, and the relevant responsible comrades of the Hangbu River Governance Project Construction Management Office and the Jin'an District Water Conservancy Bureau accompanied the investigation.

Wang Xuan inspected the construction sites of Longzui Gate, Shuangshi Bridge and Sigutan River Flood Ditch, learned in detail about the construction background, progress, investment, quality, integrity and discipline, and listened to the reports of the Jin'an District Construction Management Office on project services, environmental protection, land acquisition and demolition, etc.

Wang Xuan pointed out that at present, in the golden period of water conservancy project construction in autumn, all units participating in the construction should seize the favorable opportunity, adopt effective measures, optimize the plan, race against the clock, strengthen project construction management, persist in subordinating progress to quality, quality and safety, speed up progress, and ensure that project construction tasks are completed on time and with high quality.

Wang Xuan stressed: The construction of water conservancy projects is meritorious in the contemporary era and beneficial in the thousands of autumns. It is reported that the Hangbu River Treatment Project (Jin'an Section) involves Shuanghe Town Hebei, Chunguang, XieYin Village and street, the design of flood control standards is once in 20 years, and the self-discharge standard for polder areas is once in 10 years. The main construction contents include: 1.3 km of excavation of the Sigutan River flood ditch, 1.05 km of widening of the Zhangjiadian River, 3.75 km of new embankment and flood control road, 3 new and reconstructed bridges, 6 new culverts (including the demolition and reconstruction of Longzui Gates), and 5.9 km of dredging of Xintang wei and Shuanghe Wei rivers of Fengle River. The total investment in the preliminary design estimate of the project is about 160 million yuan, of which the investment in the project part is about 80 million yuan, and the construction has been officially started on September 16, 2020, and all the projects are scheduled to be completed by the end of December 2021.

At present, the dredging projects of Shuanghe Wei and Xintang Wei of Fengle River have all been completed; the excavation of the Sigutan River flood ditch, the widening of the Zhangjiadian River, the earthworks of the new embankment and the six culverts have been basically completed; the Shuangshi Bridge has been completed and opened to traffic, the Henan Bridge is undergoing auxiliary engineering construction, and the Shuanghe Bridge is undergoing support installation and construction. The project has basically equipped with the designed flood control and drainage capabilities.
