Combined with the comprehensive consideration of residents' needs, road traffic, urban construction and other aspects, the Jingqu Garden Institute and the urban construction management affairs center of each town have established citizen horticultural centers in Xincheng Park, East Reef Garden and Jinshan Park respectively, and established and cultivated a team of community horticulturists, organically combining the work of each horticultural center with the work of community horticulturists in the town.

In order to meet the needs of the majority of greening enthusiasts, in the Civic Horticultural Center, horticulturists will provide family flower raising consulting services once a week, carry out offline training lectures on flower conservation every two months, and strictly abide by the work system of jinshan District Citizen Horticultural Center formulated by the District Garden.

1. Flower raising consultation and exchange
2. Community gardeners hold a monthly lecture on family flower raising knowledge
3. Greening volunteers carry out greening publicity activities such as greening science popularization knowledge and popularization of greening laws and regulations from time to time.
