In fact, in my personal experience, although I also tried using an XBOX controller to play, after playing for a while, it obviously felt less convenient than a mouse. At most, sometimes the mouse clicks impatiently when browsing the plot, and the space bar is tapped to speed up the narration or dialogue, and the whole game process is very pleasant. Therefore, in the choice of game version, compared with the NS version, I will recommend the Steam version, after all, there are inherent advantages in the way of operation. Unless you're looking for portability, the more conscientious and experienced Steam version is more worth buying.
Of course, the common small problems of Japanese factory transplant works also exist in "Sacrifice of the Chamber of Secrets" - the PC transplant version is still all the key prompts of the handle, and you can only try to figure out the corresponding keyboard keys.
