In view of the key environmental problems recently discovered in our district, in order to effectively promote the proper solution of the problems, on September 6, Song Yang, a candidate nominated by the deputy mayor of the Yuetang District People's Government, led a team to carry out on-site inspection activities for the rectification of key environmental problems, and the relevant responsible persons of the District Ecological Committee Office, the District District Government Inspection Office, the District Urban Management Law Enforcement Bureau, the District Housing and Construction Bureau, the District Sanitation Service Center, the Yuetang Economic Development District Construction Bureau, the Yuetang Branch of the Municipal Ecological and Environmental Bureau and the relevant responsible persons of the local streets participated.
The inspection team successively went to Yuntong Logistics Service Co., Ltd., Xiangtan Chengfa Qingxi Courtyard Catering Culture Co., Ltd., Dishui Lake School Phase II, Fang Orange City Food Street, Xianggang Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out on-site inspections, and carried out detailed inspections and put forward rectification requirements on many aspects of automobile exhaust, fume purification, slag removal, enterprise unorganized dust and wastewater discharge.
Song Yang stressed: Rectification and reform must achieve "two clear-cuts," one is to clarify the requirements for rectification and reform, and to strictly complete rectification and reform without discounting the problems discovered; second, it is necessary to clarify the time limit for rectification and reform, the rectification and reform work must be rapid, the relevant functional departments must strengthen professional guidance, help responsible units do a good job in rectification and reform work, and investigate and deal with rectification and reform according to law if they are overdue.
In the next step, the District Ecological Committee Office will continue to increase supervision and inspection work in accordance with the requirements of relevant laws and regulations, and at the same time strengthen business assistance to ensure that the key environmental problems in the jurisdiction are completed on time and with quality.
