3 high-grade Swedish mid-tans
I personally believe that as a "relatively new line" added in version 1.5 (May 2019), the Swedish Zhongtan line shows a very strong "new design" feature - although there are some differences in tank fighting styles, they are generally highly homogeneous, and tank performance is gradually increasing. In fact, the Swedish mid-tan, which only shows the turret at mid-distance, is more difficult to deal with, and it is difficult to light it up for most cars, and it is even more difficult to hit, and it may not be able to penetrate if hit.

Class 6: Strv 74

Let's start with the Strv 74 in the 6th class, this guy is a rare historical car, and it is also in service. It also performs quite well in the game, and Tanli's data performance in level 6 can also be regarded as upper-middle. There are already a lot of friends who want me to talk about it alone, and I've been playing with it lately. Its 75 gun and the magical -15 ° depression angle are indeed quite interesting, but the problem with the Strv 74 is poor maneuverability and crispiness, even if it is on the turbo + maneuver modification, its maneuverability is quite poor, for such a mobile gun stealing vehicle that needs to control the distance from the enemy, it is a trouble. The Strv 74 is a good car that can be kept, but it takes skill to play.
Level 7: Leo
105 guns or 75 guns, you have to think about it
What about the level 7 Leo, it is related to the level 8 Ranson C, but neither of them has a real car, there are designs and models. This Leo I've done a bike review before, and it still inherits the crispiness of the Strv 74, and its maneuverability has improved a lot, but it's a little strange in terms of firepower. This complete 105 gun (written 10cm, actually 105mm), the single-shot 300 is really good, the DPM is not very bad, but the comprehensive gun control is very strange, and it is not suitable for the "sniper" positioning designed by WG for it. Leo is more likely to steal shots from close range after his teammates than the Strv 74. I personally think Leo is a qualified level 7 mid-tank, but there is no need to keep it specifically, after all, the level 7 car is uncomfortable playing now because of the division of rooms.
Level 8: UDES 14 5
Get on track, but be a little obscene
UDES 14 5 is currently the only level 8 silver coin I recommend keeping. The complete body 105 gun has a single damage of 360, the silver bullet penetrates 217 deep, the bullet speed is 1385, and the gold bullet penetrates 253 depth and the bullet speed is 1569, which is quite rare at level 8. From the beginning there was an automatic liquid-gas suspension, and the depression angle could be pressed up to -12°, and in most places it was possible to set up a cannon fire. The concealment value and maneuverability are also very good, and there is a Swedish TD with a long head. But it still has several problems, such as the fragile armor is basically dead in the light and cannot go to the front line to fight hand-to-hand. For example, the spread of this cannon, I think it's okay, but many old men have told me that there is a problem with the spread of this cannon. In the big data of several direct sales services, the first place in 8 silver in tan is basically it carrying, that is, it can wrestle with 8 gold in tan.
Level 9: UDES 16
You can start just head-on
UDES 16 is a considerable improvement over Level 8 Udes 14 alt 5, which is mainly reflected in its improved defense. Since UDES 16, Swedish Zhongtan can fight the enemy in good faith, but if the enemy is looking at it at close range, the front of the turret of UDES 16 can still be penetrated, but after playing here, it is obviously impossible to give the enemy this opportunity. However, the UDES 16 itself has a little problem, its Swedish version of the 105 gun 234/263APCR penetration depth is not quite right, compared to other cutting-edge 9 level middle tan penetration gap is relatively large, facing hard targets is still more difficult, and gun control is also a bit strange. Other than that, I don't think UDES 16 is a problem.
Level 10: UDES 15/16
Afraid of artillery bombing
Compared to other level 10 mid-tanks, UDES 15/16 actually has some advantages in firepower. The -13 degree depression angle in siege mode already allows it to fire in most of the places where Zhongtan cannot fight, and its 120 gun also has 440 single shot damage, in this era where shooting opportunities are expensive and single shot damage is heavier than the sky, high single shot damage means more overall damage. But the automatic siege mode of the Swedish car is a little uncomfortable:
There is a delay in the automatic siege mode to take effect, so you have to "press" it
So it seems that the front sight is more strange and destroys the feel
The "Automatic Siege Mode" of UDES 15/16 has two features:
- Pitch has a delay and is not as smooth as the STB-1
- The tank is very comfortable when pitching back and forth, and it is not possible to make it pitch left and right
The UDES 15/16 gun reloading speed is not slow, coupled with the 440's single shot, which makes its DPM have no disadvantage compared to other 10-level mid-tanks, I personally think it is better to play damage than the batch of 320 single-shot S series mid-tanks, after all, there is a single-shot advantage, and it is saved up while fighting damage.
Single shot damage has an advantage
One of the things that Swedish tanks have often criticized is that no matter what Swedish vehicles, their shells will fly strangely. On the UDES 15/16, I didn't feel much... Because the gun control related data designed by WG for this 120 gun is quite good, it is nothing more than that the silver coin bullet APCR and the gold coin bullet HEAT are a little lower than the penetration, plus the flight speed of the shell is also lower, which will indeed affect the feel of UDES 15/16 to a certain extent. So the idea of WG is that it would be good that you drove this car at medium distances, and the problem of slow bullet speed would be narrowed at this distance. As the top car of the Swedish Zhongtan line, UDES 15/16 does a combination of the advantages and disadvantages of Sweden Zhongtan, and it is also very distinct, do not be superstitious about the defense of UDES 15/16 in actual combat, if this guy is more real, it is really not very reliable, try to avoid just frontal.
It's a special, but not very strong car
I personally believe that UDES 15/16 has the following advantages and disadvantages under the current version of the data conditions:
- The automatic liquid suspension gives it an extremely strong pitch angle
- High single shot damage, DPM is also good
- For a tank gun of this caliber, decent gun control
- Maintain a certain amount of defense, you can sell heads
- Mobility and flexibility make sense
- Excellent concealment, relatively small size
- The defense of the car body is very poor, it is afraid of artillery, it is easy to catch fire when hit, and it is impossible to sell the side
- The field of view is low, the attack is at a loss, and it is easy to be suppressed
- Both armor-piercing projectiles have a relatively low penetration depth and a slower rate of projectile
- Normal mode tanks only have a -6 depression angle (after attacking the city mode, the tank only has a -6 depression angle to the left and right)
- The rear turret design allows people to be hit first if they want to hit in hand-to-hand combat
This makes it a fairly personal tank, and reviews of it are mixed, and even polarized from time to time.
It's kind of an option
I personally feel that the UDES 15/16 is not a very powerful tank in the current version, but its characteristics are more interesting, and the car as a whole is still "defensive", and not more "offensive and defensive" like the STB-1. So I think if you haven't practiced STB-1 yet, then practice STB-1 first, it is the most worthy level 10 mid-level in the current version. If there is no shortage of resources, you can get a UDES 15/16 to play with, which is not completely substituted for STB-1, and belongs to similar but not identical tanks.
