Therefore, in order to ensure the stability of the market of Moutai wine, as well as its "scarce and expensive" attribute, and to avoid the phenomenon of too many "fish and beads" in the market, Moutai Distillery has been guarded by armed police all year round, and anyone entering and leaving must be strictly investigated, and it is not allowed to take photos privately, for fear that someone will have bad intentions and steal learning and fake.
Then in 1996, the brewing process of Moutai was listed as a state secret and needed to be protected; In 2006, its craftsmanship was also included in the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage lists in mainland China.

And this wine was officially launched in 1981, and then a few years later, it had the title of "Little Moutai" in the local area, because the brewing of this wine, is the old distillery specially introduced from the Moutai distillery to make koji, and the use of exactly the same red yarn seed glutinous sorghum as raw materials to brew, all the wine is made, the opening of the altar has a prominent Mao aroma, the taste when drinking is also similar to Moutai, so it has been paid attention to by many sauce lovers, causing a lot of extraordinary.
Then after the distillery was restructured, its brewing process was upgraded to the more stringent 12987 Daqu Kunsha, and the quality of the wine was even higher, and in 93, it successfully won the "Gold Award" at the International Wine Festival and became famous.
