2. The system clock can now display "seconds"
Are there many friends who want the clock in the lower right corner to display "seconds"? Now Microsoft has heard everyone's voice and finally added this feature.
Open the system settings, select "Personalization" on the left, click "Taskbar" on the right, and you can see the option to display "seconds" on the clock in "Taskbar Behavior". However, in the brackets of the option, Microsoft also reminds everyone that after turning on the function of displaying "seconds", it will consume more power (how much power does a "second" consume?). ）。
Since it is still only in the Windows 11 beta, the option is still in English.
3. Notepad Multi-tab (the official version is available, just update through the store)
Now Windows 11 has the "file manager multi-tab" function, and Notepad will soon have multiple tabs.
It is easier to manage when opening multiple text documents, and there are new options for tabs in Notepad's options.
4. The widget function has been fully upgraded and the widget store has been added
The widget feature of Windows 11 is finally starting to support third-party programs. Open the widget interface, click the "+" button above, in addition to adding a few widgets that come with the system, click "Find More widgets" in the lower left corner to open the store to view and install more widget functions.
In addition, click the third icon above the widget interface to switch to the full-screen widget interface (currently updated to the official version).
5. "Spotlight" desktop wallpaper new option interface
When we switch the desktop wallpaper of Windows 11 to "Windows Focus", a new icon will appear in the upper right corner of the desktop, and right-clicking on it can switch the background.
In the new version of "Windows Focus", we right-click to appear is no longer a simple right-click menu, but a brand new interface.
You can directly see the introduction of wallpapers and switch different wallpapers. Below are some search options related to the current wallpaper. By the way, when the "Windows Spotlight" wallpaper function is turned on, the system will update different wallpapers online every day, which is equivalent to having an online wallpaper library. 6. The "Live Captions" feature starts to support Chinese
Win11 added a real-time video subtitle function in the 22H2 update, by clicking here in the lower right corner of the taskbar, then clicking "Accessibility", and then turning on the "Live Subtitles" switch.
In this way, you can display subtitles when watching videos, which means that even if the video you watch does not have synchronized subtitles, it can show you it. But this feature has always only been available in English.
However, in the Windows 11 beta, the "live captions" feature has begun to support Chinese. Whether it is on-demand or live broadcast, it can display Chinese subtitles in real time, especially when watching some tutorial videos, it will be very useful to have a subtitle.
7. The taskbar search box provides 4 display methods (the official version is available, install cumulative update KB5022913)
Windows 11's search bar will receive an update soon. The default style has been changed after the update, and 4 display methods are provided in the settings.
Here you can change the appearance of the search bar and whether it is displayed or not.
8. Added an option for "Energy Saving Recommendations" in "Power Supply and Battery" (GA is available, install cumulative update KB5022913)
In System Settings, a new "Energy Saving Recommendation" option has been added to "Power and Battery".
If you often need to carry your laptop to work with the battery, this feature can help you quickly view and optimize your system's power usage. This makes it easy to make your computer last longer.
9. Task Manager added search function (official version is available, install cumulative update KB5022913)
The task manager of the new version of Windows 11 will add a search box at the top, and in the future, you can search for certain processes directly according to the name, instead of finding them one by one.
