It is possible to marry of the same sex

The condition for marriage is that "support A must be achieved", regardless of the gender of the character, so both the same sex and the opposite sex can get married, and the protagonist will appear with his partner in the ending cutscene.

Can other characters be in love?

Only the protagonist can get married. However, if the support level of the other two characters is leveled, the content of the dialogue will gradually become ambiguous, and although there is no explicit prompt to trigger "XX and XX become lovers", the atmosphere will develop in the direction of love. If multiple characters become A support together, the atmosphere between everyone will be very good, and it may look very delicate.

A way to unlock multiple marriage endings in one week

Once you get the Promise Ring, you can give it to your favorite character at any time you like (before the final battle in Chapter 26). Therefore, you can save a separate archive that hits 26 chapters, and then give the "Promise Ring" to different characters by swiping the support level and constantly reading the file, so as to watch multiple wedding endings in one week. Support can be obtained by repeatedly brushing encounters, or even directly to full support A. The method of brushing the encounter can refer to this guide.

About the marriage system of the Fire Emblem series

The marriage system in the Fire Emblem series is roughly divided into two types: childbearing and non-childbearing. "Fire Emblem ENGAGE" belongs to the category of non-childbearing.

(1) Can bear children

In the series of works such as "FE Holy War Genealogy", "FE Awakening", "FEif" and so on, player characters can marry and have children with their favorite characters, and children can also become partners after birth, and children can be used as a unit in battle, so who to marry is also more important in terms of strategy, but some partners who are more suitable in tactical strategy are not the player's favorite partners, so it will also cause some controversy.

(2) Do not have children

In this mode, most players will marry their favorite character in the finale or the day after tomorrow. The three titles on the GBA are set so that player characters who reach a support level A with a specific character can unlock a special story after clearing the level. In FE Wind and Snow, the player character can choose one of the characters who have reached the support level S to confess, and eventually marry him after clearing the level. Since it is triggered after the ending, it has little impact on other gameplays, so it will not cause controversy.
