【Steps】:

01. Heat oil over medium heat, pour in garlic slices and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until the edges are golden.
02. Add the ground pork and stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until browned.
03. Turn the heat to high, add the green onion, fry until the aroma wafts out, then add cooking wine, oyster sauce and chili bean paste, and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
