Earlier, Alves' lawyer said that at the time of the incident, it was Alves' advanced bathroom, and the accuser entered the bathroom 1 minute and 36 seconds later.
Alves' lawyer pointed out that the accuser went to the bathroom door by herself, entered it of her own free will, opened the door by herself, and Alves did not open the door for her or give her directions.
The surveillance video of the Sutton nightclub in Barcelona obtained by the Spanish media shows that Alves appeared outside the bathroom door, a pair of white sneakers can be seen, and the top worn by the man in the video is the same color as the clothes Alves wore that night.
This seems to indicate that Alves was standing at the bathroom door waiting for the accuser, and it was he who let the accuser in.
According to Spanish media reports, Alves and Joanna Sans got married in 2017, and after the sexual assault case, the two have ended their relationship for 6 years.
However, at the request of Alves' lawyers, Joana Sans promised that she would continue to show confidence in Alves, at least until the trial, and until the final verdict was announced.
