On February 22, 2012, Romanian Ambassador to China Doru Kostea received a special gift from Comrade Jiang, the series "Foreign Affairs Terminology for Leading Cadres" edited by the Translation Office of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. These include a copy of "800 Sentences of Foreign Affairs Romania," published with the care and help of Comrade Jiang. Comrade Jiang inscribed a message on the book presented to the Romanian ambassador: Ambassador Doru Costea Save. The gift was presented by a delegation consisting of Professor Luo Dongquan and Director Wu Min of the Romanian Language Department of China Radio International, which produced the audio recording of the book, covering Romanian history and culture, information on bilateral relations between the two countries, and works by Romanian cultural celebrities.
