This was the first major case of murder and robbery with a gun in Shanghai after the founding of the People's Republic of China. After Yu Shuangge's trial, the trial of Jiang Peiling and Xu Genbao became another climax. Money money money! Yu Shuangge opened his eyes every day thinking about how to become rich.
In July 1987, he borrowed 300 yuan from his classmate Xiao Wang, took advantage of his work, and began to sell imported cigarettes on the ship.
At the same time, because of gambling and selling foreign cigarettes, Yu Shuangge was fired by the Shipping Bureau in August and went to the bus company's No. 75 motorcade as a conductor. On November 7, Yu Shuangge bought a screwdriver, hacksaw blade, croissant hammer and other tools at the Weimin air-conditioning store on North Sichuan Road, and decided to do a big vote - stealing guns! Rob the bank!
Yu Shuangge has been a police officer on a passenger ship for 5 years, and he is familiar with guns, and he knows which layer of the gun is placed in which cabinet with his eyes closed. His idea is very simple, to have money, to rob the bank is the fastest, to rob the bank, away from the gun is definitely not OK.
He put the tools in the green canvas bag early, and on the morning shift on the 13th, he crossed the river from the 16th Shop Wharf to Pudong, swung into the Dongchang Road Wharf in a big way, and boarded the "Rongxin" ship. All the way into no man's land, no one stopped him, no one asked him where he came from and what he was going to do.

On November 16, at 12:02 p.m., just after the peak of congestion on Dalian West Road, a loud gunshot was heard from the West Sports Club Road Savings Office of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, accompanied by screams, the whistles of vehicles, and the noise of the crowd, and a rare and vicious case occurred.
"Someone robbed the bank — with a gun — a female employee with a bloodied face, and the person was no longer able to do it." A few minutes later, the duty room of the Hongkou Public Security Bureau received an alarm call. At this time, Zhu Yadi, who was shot to the ground, was being taken to the Construction Engineering Hospital by teachers and staff of shanghai overseas Chinese college (now Shanghai overseas Chinese university).
The savings house is less than 30 square meters, the front door is No. 506 Dalian West Road, the back door has two passages, one can enter the playground in the outer courtyard through the small door, and the other leads to the road. Because it was lunchtime, the front door was locked and the back door was half open.
The police arrived quickly, and the scene was a mess: several tents in the room were scattered with abacuses and other office tools, a desk drawer near the back door was wide open, a telephone was tipped over to the side, and the microphone was on the counter.
The most conspicuous is a pool of blood plasma on the ground on the inside of the back door, bright red and dazzling. The police found a warhead, a shell casing, and a complete bullet inside.
The bullet went through Zhu Yadi's right nostril and through the left side of the back of her head, and she was shot on the spot, but there was nothing missing in savings.

Zhang Weifang screamed in fright, turned around and ran back to the bookstore to find someone to help, "Killed!" Rob the bank! ”
Outside the Chinese the upper floor of the college dormitory, the two teachers witnessed the whole crime process, and they went downstairs to report the case at the first time.
At that time, Fang Fang, another female clerk of the savings institute, was playing tennis at the Chinese Academy outside, and she saw a young man running out of the small door, and at the same time, two young men in blue clothes also ran over the wall. Hearing the news that the savings house had been robbed, he rushed back and saw the tragic situation at the scene, and Fang Fang immediately fainted.
When she woke up, she reacted, and it turned out that the young man she saw was the murderer, "That person sat in the savings office for a long time this morning!" Fang Fangyi said that the male staff of the savings center, Stry and Fang Zheng, also thought of the morning scene:

Zhu Yadi was on duty at noon that day, and she was on the phone at the time of the crime.

Xiao Zhu! But there was no response.
Another said that Zhu Yadi was on the phone with her boyfriend, and after hearing a knock at the door, she put down her headphones and turned around and ran to open the door.

At that time, Zhu Yadi was 32 years old, and in February of that year, her husband died of uremia, and her son was only two and a half years old, and she was the only one to rely on the child, but she was brutally killed.
An outlaw with a gun has already committed a heinous crime, and if he continues to commit crimes, the consequences will be unimaginable.
After the case occurred, the then secretary of the municipal party committee instructed: We must solve the case quickly!
When the shooting first occurred, many police officers thought of the gun theft case 3 days ago. After an appraisal of the evidence and traces obtained at the scene, the facts of the case quickly progressed: the pistol used by the gangsters to kill people was 1 of the 3 pistols stolen on the passenger ship, and the perpetrators of the two crimes were the same person.
But Fang Fang saw three people fleeing together, and on the same day, there were also mass reports, at 2:28 p.m., a robbery occurred at the Yongchun Hardware and Electrical Appliances Store on Henan North Road, and three gangsters rushed into the store, snatched some cash and fled.
Could it be that gun murders are also gang crimes?
But the police quickly found out that the gangsters who robbed the store had nothing to do with the bank robbers. The other two people Fang fang saw were two employees from the Foreign Language Institute who rushed to help. From this, it is basically determined that the perpetrator is a person.
The suspect narrowed down to people associated with the passenger ship, and the robbery tools were also found. At noon on the 17th, the police locked in a major suspect - Yu Shuangge.
He served as a police officer, was transferred out of the Shipping Bureau because of his illegal activities such as gambling and selling foreign cigarettes, and he was very qualified to get on the ship and steal guns. So, the scouts found a photo of Yu Shuangge, mixed with many people's photos for witnesses to identify, "It's him!" Witnesses did not hesitate and pointed out Yu Shuangge at once.
It took only one day to solve the case, and the next step was to arrest.
On the night of the 17th, a large number of police forces directly attacked the old street of Hongzhen. At Yu Shuangge's home, he found 1 "May Fourth" pistol, 1 pair of handcuffs, 248 rounds of ammunition, and 3 letters written by Yu Shuangge and Jiang Peiling to relatives and friends.
In the letter, Yu Shuangge admitted that he had done both the gun theft and the killing, and said that he had embarked on this path because of his gambling debts and raising marriage funds. The fingerprints obtained by the scouts from the letter written by Yu Shuangge were compared with the fingerprints left at the scene of the crime and found that they were completely consistent. At this point, the murderer was confirmed by Yu Shuangge.
But the question arises again, where did Yu Shuangge escape?
At that time, public security organs at all levels in Shanghai were mobilized to use Yu Shuangge's photos and feature information as clues to launch an all-out search. The police of the police station went deep into the streets and alleys to search for criminals, and armed police patrolled day and night, closely watching the appearance of suspicious objects. The streets and alleys are talking about this horrific case, and the citizens grit their teeth at this barbaric act, but at the same time they are a little afraid, hoping to get it caught as soon as possible and severely punished.
But Yu Shuangge has never been seen.

Seven days in exile
Time back to the day of the crime.
Yu Shuangge rode to the West Sports Club Road early in the morning, choosing this savings house, he had premeditated, and there was a convenient escape path at the back door, which could make him retreat.
After waiting for a morning, there were always male employees in the savings house, Yu Shuangge did not dare to act hastily, and at noon, there was finally only one female employee left. Yu Shuangge saw the opportunity, went around to the back door, touched the "64" pistol on his chest, and pulled another "May Fourth" pistol from the back waist, the bullets had already been loaded, and the bolt was wide open. The first reaction is to go home. A week later, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court held a trial of Xu Genbao and Jiang Peiling's case of secretly hiding firearms, ammunition, and harboring.
