Huangcheng Street: Warm New Year and Protect the Future Together
Recently, in order to help minors grow up healthily and do a good job in caring for and protecting minors during the winter vacation and Spring Festival, Huancheng Street has strengthened visits to children in difficulty, and actively carried out volunteer service activities of "Warm New Year, Protect the Future Together", focusing on understanding the problems faced by children in difficulty, ensuring that the community has timely information and helps them.
The Wangxianqiao community volunteer team visited families of minors in difficult circumstances and families of children who had no one to support them, and brought them holiday blessings and condolences. During the activity, the volunteers were concerned about the physical health, living needs, academic performance, mental health and other aspects of the minor children, and encouraged them to be healthy, study seriously, and strive to be teenagers with ideals and ambitions.
The smooth development of this activity made children in distress feel the care of the government and society, and helped them to warm up and enjoy the winter and happy holidays. In the next step, the Wangxianqiao community will continue to strengthen the mapping of children in distress in the community, take the care service for children in difficulty as an important content, and continuously improve the care service system.
