➡️ Where: Located in northern Chile, you can fly from Santiago, the capital of Chile, to El Loa Airport in Calama, and then an hour's long bus ride

➡️ The town of Atacama is built on an oasis in the Atacama desert, and the so-called street is a dirt road sandwiched between two rows of bungalows (Figure 2). You can use this town as a base for visiting various surrounding attractions.
Moon Valley is a great place to watch the sunset (Figures 3 and 4), and the erosive effects of winds and floods on the landscape give it a unique apocalyptic landscape, and I would believe it when you say this is what the world will look like at the end.
You can also visit the many plateau lakes around the town, such as when you stand by the Miniques Lake in Figure 5, the lake, snowy mountains, flowing clouds, daylight, it is simply a 360-degree beauty without dead ends - no framing at all, take the lens casually, and press the shutter, it is a beautiful picture.
Three species of flamingos inhabit Lake Chaxa (Figure 8), the water of which is only shallow, flamingos can stand directly on their long legs in the water, with the mountains behind them as the background, as if they are the masters of the world.
In addition to this, you can also find medieval stone carvings in Atacama; Rainbow-like mountain rocks formed due to different geological ages. By the way, because of the near-zero light pollution in the desert, it also makes this a popular stargazing spot, and I saw Saturn with rings for the first time here, like a suspended ball with a gold ring outside it, which was thrillingly beautiful.
