If what your institution teaches is just about the same as in school, why should someone else learn it from you?

What your organization brings to others will become a more valuable selling point.

Similarly, the proportion of change in the new population will vary from region to region. First- and second-tier cities, third- and fourth-tier cities and counties are not a rhythm at all, so this effect will cause a gradual sinking of influence. Can you always maintain your acuity and maintain the rhythm of transformation and upgrading corresponding to this sinking rhythm.

If from the perspective of the industry, we need to think about another question, does the society really need so many education and training institutions? Excellent teachers and higher-quality entrepreneurs are always in the minority, and these resources are obviously gradually concentrated in better places, because there is a better working environment, better salary and promotion space. In the past many years, we have rarely seen institutions that choose to close their doors due to competition, and many times choose to withdraw because of the operators themselves, which is obviously not a phenomenon that should be in a mature market. Next, the law of the jungle will become the norm in the industry, merger and integration will be the normal operation method, the only question is whether you are merged or merged.

Whether it is social development or actual demand, the education and training industry will continue to exist in the future, provided that you understand and really understand that the times are changing, under this premise, you are willing to make corresponding changes, compared with the past extensive business mode, refined operation will become the most important competitiveness of industry development.
