Recently, the "lawless village" in Taiping Village, Huajiang Town, Guanling Autonomous County was established. It is understood that Taiping Village is the first "lawless village" established in the city this year. Relevant leaders of the Political and Legal Committee of the Municipal Party Committee, the Municipal Intermediate People's Court, the Provincial Academy of Social Sciences, and the Guanling Court attended the signing ceremony for the joint construction of the "Litigation-free Village" and jointly unveiled the "Litigation-free Village".
At the unveiling ceremony, the relevant leaders of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of the Municipal Party Committee pointed out that it is necessary to give play to the joint role of resolving contradictions and disputes at the source, integrate the forces of the Political and Legal Committee, courts, procuratorates, public security, letters and visits, justice, township, and village branches, take the initiative to carry out the work of resolving contradictions and disputes from the source, effectively solve the urgent, difficult, and anxious problems that the people are concerned about, and ensure that all kinds of contradictions and disputes are seen early, prevented from small, and resolved in the bud; Create a "litigation-free village" and create a work brand It is necessary to actively serve the overall situation of development and further strengthen the thinking of co-governance; Under the leadership of township party committees, continue to deepen the working mechanism of "one center, one network, ten joint households", give full play to the characteristics of joint village judges, cadres of the two village committees, grid members, comprehensive management specialists, judicial administrative personnel and party members who are "acquaintances and familiar with things" to do their work, guide the masses to resolve conflicts and disputes in a non-litigation manner, and ensure that "small matters do not leave the village, major matters do not leave the town, difficult matters do not leave the county, and contradictions are not handed over"; Sing well the "model play" of litigation source governance. After the unveiling ceremony, the judge of the Guanling Autonomous County People's Court gave a legal knowledge training course to the mediators of Taiping Village, laying a legal foundation for the mediators to resolve conflicts in the village.
In the next step, the Guanling Autonomous County People's Court will continue to take the people's court as the forefront of litigation services, increase publicity on the creation of "litigation-free villages", deeply integrate into grassroots social governance, strengthen guidance on village-level autonomy, rule by virtue, and rule of law, help build source prevention and control, investigation and sorting, and dispute resolution, and contribute judicial strength to promoting the construction of villages under the rule of law and realizing rural revitalization.
