The north side stairway is located in the green belt in front of the Laibin City Zhuliu Office, the southwest stairway is located at the sidewalk in front of the public security bureau dormitory, and the southeast stairway is set at the square in front of the Friendship International Building after passing through the curved pond road. The main passage structure adopts a closed frame, with a length of 62.2 meters from north to south and 34 meters from east to west.

The relevant person in charge of the owner unit Liuzhou Urban Construction Group said that the pedestrian passage under the friendship is striving to be basically completed on January 20, and strive to open it to pedestrians on the 21st.
