Buildings under the bridge need to be reserved for maintenance

If the terrain under the bridge is low-lying, and there is a possibility of serious water accumulation during the rainstorm season, it should be reused after setting up reliable waterlogging prevention measures.
At the same time, the decoration of the space under the bridge should not affect the condition of the observation bridge. When decorating bridges, relevant parties should try to keep the "skin" of the bridge structure "true color", and do not use wrapped, closed, and inconvenient to disassemble decoration for key structures or components such as the upper beam body, bridge abutment, pier, and support of the bridge, and do not use painting or pasting methods that may hinder the observation of surface damage of the bridge structure.
Tian Chunyan suggested that the city formulate standards and specifications in advance, and put forward specific requirements for the inspection and maintenance channels that should be reserved for the use of space under the bridge, including at least the exposed foundation, piers, bridge abutments, key sections of the main beam, supports, beams and other important structural parts should reserve passages, and ensure the plane and spatial accessibility of the passage. "For bridges that really have to block inspection and maintenance channels over a large area, a health monitoring system should be set up in advance to ensure that the condition of the structure is always known without contact."
